Stephanie was my contact at Bolt today. I can't say enough good about how she handled and took care of my situation.
She told me she would speak to her supervisor and call me back.
I was worried because I seldom get a call back. Well 15 minutes after our first call she called me back, problem solved. I am very pleased to say the least.

Absolutely ridiculous!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! They lie about giving you a discount for the first two months when you sign up through the website and then they give you essentially no notification to your prices being raised by essentially double!! There’s absolutely no reason to be paying damn near $90 monthly for a 5x5 storage unit
