This is how you deliver a package that says fragile? Leave it in the rain to get soaked. Box is ripped. At least put it in a plastic bag or something. Well, I cant add photos but the box is soaked and ripped. At least act like you guys care a little bit.

Horrible! Employees are BEYOND rude! They don’t deliver packages or mail correctly or acknowledge pickup requests! I’ve had more packages lost and damaged in the past few weeks than the past few years! I’ve been in Mckean almost 20 years now and this location has been nothing but one headache after another! This post office location needs a SERIOUS overhaul!

I come here often, everyone has always been very friendly and helpful except for Mark. He is very rude on a regular basis. I do not understand how he is allowed to work with the public with the attitude he has.
