Middle of a rain storm and Laton and coworker had patience enough to still change my windshield wipers and top off my windshield fluid. Help like this never comes free but at this auto zone it was quick easy and to the point!!

Great service. They got what I needed within hours, saving me a drive. My hat is off to Derek for putting on a rear wiper blade for me in the rain. Very happy. .

Don’t try and use your awards and get an in store deal or you’ll lose your rewards and be told to call customer service to get it back! Ridiculous rewards system you never get to use them!!

I had stopped in quickly to see what was going on with my vehicle. The service was very quick and the two gentleman that helped me Lloyd and Chad were very, very helpful. Took a look at my vehicle, helped me with finding what I needed, while also assisting me with putting the correct product in my vehicle. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Great service, friendly staff, and I would definitely 👍🏾 Recommend this location.

Today, December 7th, I took my car to Autozone on Steubenville Pike in Robinson because of difficulty with it starting in the recent cold weather. I was happy that my starter, alternator, and battery all checked out in good shape and the representative Derek who helped me and did the testing couldn't have been nicer. He explained and showed me how the testing was done, explained the results, and gave me a printout of the results. I would recommend that Autozone to everyone.

Friendly staff, tested my battery, all ok but needs charging. If you've been driving a lot recently, a needs-charging advice means the battery is dying, take my word for it and replace it right away.

My engagement ring fell in the base of my front seat in this hole under the carpet, I went in there expecting to be my own mechanic apprehensive to ask for help so I ask a young employee by the name of Paul for a 14mm bolt thing lol. He said let me take a look I showed Paul where is could have went he proceeded to look and told me hold on a sec he came out with the tool at first Paul took the back bolts out and he said it was under the base of the floor it may be impossible to retrieve but Paul wasn’t giving up he said imma take the front Paul had a magnet Paul couldn’t retrieve it with the magnet I was feeling defeated but Paul didn’t stop there he took the seat out I stuck my hand out of there and retrieved my ring Paul put everything back the way I bought it too him. Paul need a definite raise he went above and beyond! I think I made a new friend because if this amazing guy thank you Paul keep up the great work you do bud!!!!
