If I could give this company -100 stars, that would be the only accurate representation of who runs it and every single human who works there. They are the most unreliable, uncaring, unsympathetic group of people who will treat your loved one like a name and number, if they even show up. 4 days in a row nobody showed up. Nobody answers the phone. Because: nobody cares. Do yourself a favor and do not waste one iota of time on these lazy, despicable people.

I Highly Recommend Caregivers Homecare Agency I have been completely Impressed and satisfied with this company since the first day I started the owner is very professional and she’s willing to see you win by any means she been sticking beside me every since I start she will always make sure Any client she offer fits your schedule she works with you through whatever so yes I highly recommend this company to anyone trying to work or even looking for Care you will never be disappointed will always leave with a smile.

Since the agency has been under new management and ownership I must say by far the best experience with them and the head of HR is wonderful Luchianna Patterson is a breath of fresh air I never had such a more fulfilling experience with HR then with her she is the reason the company is still going and better now than before I have had no problem and so if you are in need of work join this amazing company and become a amazing caregiver your next opportunity is just a click away

They are very dishonest, sneaky, conniving, unprofessional, and lack proper etiquette. Thank God MOUNTAIN VIEW COMMUNITY CAME THROUGH WITH THE TIME STAMPED PROOF OF WHAT TIME I PULLED OUT THE PARKING LOT AND PULLED BACK IN. I Can't believe an actual owner of an agency would fabricate and say untrue things to make another caregiver look bad. Didn't work. This agency will not get away with these lies. I got proof. Thankfully I did have proof and that's what saved my job. Thankfully I was actually in the parking lot which I was caught on camera and I was gone 1 hr and 18 mins which was 18 mins over my time but I was docked those mins. It did work out for me but truth will set you free. If u wud like to see why my job called the attorney General on you and submitted the video as proof of your malicious intent feel free to contact Victoria. I left this month's ago but I'm guessing your just now bring investigated by the attorney General so you feel the need to try and redeem yourself. But it's all on camera right along with you, an owner of a Healthcare agency, pulling up on me 3 cars deep. Unprofessional. But I've opened my cleaning business and I've been blessed. But go ahead and stick with the lies but I've submitted my call history of your 2 calls 12 mins apart along with Jeff submitting the video of me sitting in my car eating and talking to the leaf blows guy. Evidence against words will always pull trump. God bless and good luck with your investigation.
