Unfortunately, this is not my local CVS and I sure wish it was! This store is clean, well stocked, and the set up made me want to linger and browse and (beware) buy more things that I didn’t come in for. They have a great selection of health(ier) fresh snacks, and everything else you could possible need (and not need.) The cashier was fun and friendly and engaging. Coming into the store didn’t feel like a chore, it felt like visiting old friends.

Does not close at advertised close time. Showed up at 10:40 and they were closed when closing time is advertised as 11

My favorite CVS. I love the staff at the store part and the pharmacy is incredible. They have taken good care of me and my family.

the technician i spoke to was great! you have to leave a voicemail and they return your call now, which is fine figuring they are not secretaries and cannot handle phones all day (they have a lot of things to do guys, be patient!). they got back to me within maybe 30 minutes and we only needed a 60 second conversation for them to do everything i requested! super speedy and they knew exactly what i was talking about. as a bonus, even though i said they could take a few days, they got everything handled the same day. i’m always grateful for our pharmacy workers during this staffing crisis and rise in prescription volume. if you’re going to complain about wait times or being on hold, you’re probably just not the best at planning ahead and being proactive. you are not their only patient and there are 1,000 more people just like you who demand to be helped immediately. they each have two hands guys, they are not super human. remember to treat your pharmacy staff with respect, kindness, and compassion!

Every time I have to come to this place to pick up a prescription I know it’s going to be a disaster. I could see the doctor at 10AM and go get my prescription at 6PM and they claim they just got it. They forget about me in the waiting area and are too busy having a conversation with the drive through customers to even acknowledge me at the counter. I went today to pick up my prescription and they claimed they didn’t have it and proceeded to tell me that I had to drive through the window to place the order because “they don’t do that at the counter”. Seriously! The lady in the head covering is rude and short about everything. I’m so over it. All 6 of my household members get their prescriptions filled here but I think I am finally going to switch everyone over to a different pharmacy. Do better CVS.

I forgot that your clientele is so scary and untrustworthy that you stick cameras in their faces at checkout. I forgot i decided I didn't need to shop in stores that have indicators of sketchy customers ... it just makes me feel less safe that yoy need these. Disappointing. And several things were out of stock. Too bad, I used to really like CVS. Maybe I'll try online.

THIS STORE CLOSES AT 10 NOT 11. I was here the other night and was having trouble checking out at the self checkout because my chip was not working. The manager sue ellen came over and began to aggressively scan my card over and over again. She then began to ‘yell’ at my card and started to scream “AUUUGGGHHHH” while tapping, scanning, and inserting my card over again. Overall I literally started to sweat because I was so uncomfortable and thought I was never going to get out of there

My usual store is dirty, unkept, messy and definitely not friendly. Stock is always low. But because it's convenient for me to get my meds at home I stay there.
