CVS is generally terrible, but this location is especially awful. My doctor's office sent over a refill on my prescription nine days ago. In that time I've received five texts from CVS that the medication is out of stock and they're placing an order. But no word on when I might actually get the medication. I called the store and their automated system claims it will be ready two days from now. If it's actually available then, it will be a week without my being able to take my medication, since my original fill has run out. I'll be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

the manager SUE ELLEN is very rude. Price check machine was not working so i used a self checkout to check the price of something, i called someone over to clear the screan and she said they couldn’t void it. as if i had to pay for it now, i said no i don’t want it i just wanted to check the price and she said “well this isn’t a price check machine it’s over there” …. um yeah i know im not dumb. she walked away muttering things under her breath and would not repeat what she said when i said excuse me. absolutely so rude and acted like i was so dumb. Also said they close at 10 and rushed me out when online says 11? If you don’t wanna do your jobs and close early just say that.

They don't honor their online pricing and when asked if they could reach out to someone to get it corrected, the manager Hailey got an attitude saying she can't fix the website and that we'd have to take it up with corporate. She did nothing to deescalate the situation or offer any kind of alternate resolution. I have gone to this CVS for 6 years and I'm transferring my prescriptions to another location.

The pharmacy is either not managed well or completely clueless. I called 3X to confirm a prescription for pick up. Every time I arrived, wasn't ready or filled.

This is my favorite CVS I’ve visited many across Pennsylvania all very clean and friendly stores but this store has particularly fun and friendly crew. Kudos

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. First off, I have been calling for 2 days straight just listening to the phone ring and ring non stop for 30-40 minutes finally give up and decide to try again later just to keep getting ignored again and again. Answer your phone!!! It's apart of your job for goodness sakes!!! Secondly, acknowledge your customers whom are trying to pick up their prescriptions instead of just making them stand there for over 5 minutes with no greeting. It only takes 2 extra seconds to say you will be right with me.. just common courtesy in my opinion to do so. Lastly, this has happened on 3 different occasions where I am being rang up and the computer freezes on the payment screen after I swipe my card and the worker has to switch computers which takes awhile. This should not be such a known issue, I have no idea why it always happens to me and I end up getting charged twice! Ugh! I just feel like I am a major inconvenience and extremely unappreciated every single time I come here. I would switch pharmacies in a heart beat if I could pick up my medications outside of the CVS network. Do not recommend at all!

First of all, I would give five stars to the sweet, employee, Sophia ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! She is ALWAYS so kind and helpful. The one manager SueEllen on the other hand was VERY RUDE and disrespectful to her employees when I was in there. There's a time and a place to talk to your employees, but not in front of customers. I felt she was very unprofessional and it made it extremely uncomfortable as a customer shopping in the store.

If I could give no stars, I would this is the worst CVS you will ever go to and the pharmacy is absolutely terrible. They do not know how to fill prescriptions. I called at eight in the morning, one day to get my prescription the following day, and it said it would be filled at 1 PM and the next day when I went it was not ready this has happened multiple times. This is the worst CVS pharmacy you will ever step foot in.

Literally awful we sat in line in the drive thru for an hour waiting while 5 cars in the line next to us went through. We waited for a covid test for an hour! And the staff just stood around and talked to each for an hour we could see them through the window. If you have to so anything in a set amount of time do not go here. If I could give less stars if I could.

Don’t go and take passport pictures here. The embassy rejected it even though CVS software said it passed all biometric requirements. I could have made a better picture with my phone.

This is one of the best CVS stores in the greater Pittsburgh area. It is well stocked, but more importantly their customer service is superb. Thankyou to the manager Sue Ellen and Tracey…..all employees should be like the two of you as you both make the CVS shopping experience something all stores should be like.

I used to be in and out of this pharmacy. However, I am now having to wait over an hour to get my prescription. They can never seem to find it I then have to call my dr for them to tell me it has been sent over ? not the best experience with this particular pharmacy

Where do I start? I had been getting my prescription at Guant Eagle, I switched 2 CVS because it's closer to my house. Now EVERYTIME there is a problem which I NEVER had before. They don't fill it because my Dr. Office didn't call it in (which they did) so I gotta call there and have them call it in AGAIN. SO, I should've had it yesterday, they call it in again thos morning and I gotta wait forever to make sure they got the call, they did. I tell them I gotta come get it now because I don't have a vehicle now but wouldn't u know after 45 minutes they still don't have it ready. I never seen a place with such incompetent people working there. I'm done with this place. Save your time and go somewhere else!!! Also, another stunt they always pull is that when I ask for Clairiton D, they sneak their brand in the bag so I can have a surprise when I get home, if I wanted their brand, I would ask for it.
