I had a problem with my pump and couldn’t get it to pump gas so went over to the window at this mini station and was watching the attendant reading his book. Knocked on the window to ask for help and he became visibly agitated. He then came out and rammed the pump in the socket of the car and started working then the lady getting gas next to me said she was having the same problem he did the same with her not saying a word then went back in to the station. The lady was made to feel uncomfortable from his actions. This is the last time I will ever come here.

I came around 1:30 on January 20th to get gas and i had to pay at the booth to utilize Apple Pay. It seemed as though the man working the booth was deliberately moving incredibly slow to make people wait in line in the freezing cold. Also, when it was my turn the man acted irritable and bothered. He didn’t talk very loud and seemed to get mad that I didn’t hear his instructions (I entered my card pin when I guess I shouldn’t have, even though the card reader prompted that). It seems, from the other reviews here, other people had bad experiences due to that man as well. This gas station will be my last resort going forward. This man should not have a job interacting with people, clearly.

a friend with a truck tells me he has to go to Giant eagle to buy a tank of propane I said mine ran out as well. Stop by and pick me up and I'll buy your tank. So we both show up to buy a tank of propane each and This fool would not let me buy the second propane tank. One tank per person. I can understand that but there was two of us and we were going to make two separate purchases but, he wouldn't let us do that. What a fool. So, I went to the 7-Eleven down the street and bought the second tank and it actually cost me less. I guess I don't need to go back to Giant Eagle.

I approached the window at the GETGO in Kennedy Township and a heavy white man, leaning on the counter breathing heavily stood up. He was very rude as if I interrupted a nap or eating!!! I wanted to fill up and wanted to check my gas perks since the pump wouldn't read my card. He threw my keys after checking my perks and said to do it myself at the pump. I told him the reader wouldn't take my card and decided to go elsewhere. I believe his name was Paul.. how rude and if you don't like your job QUIT! Don't work in an area that requires customer service but you can't give it! I didn't want to argue with this old miserable man. GE will never address their rude and unprofessional employees!!

Anytime I have been to this location over the years, it was always horrible. Whether there were lines to wait in for gas, something not working, rude service, or being told something wasn't right or I had to wait for a manager from inside the Giant Eagle... I just DO NOT go here anymore

The attendant, Albert, just ripped me off of $20. I gave him three $20 bills because I was getting 3/4 of my gas tank and two 5-gallon cans filled. The pump shut off at $40. When I went back and told him about it, he seemed confused and another employee chimed in saying, "I witnessed it and you gave him $40." I did not see her in there when I was there initially. Albert also messed up the order of the woman behind me, giving her the wrong cigarettes in a hard box when she wanted a different brand in a soft box. After this woman told me this I went back just to tell these two that I know what I gave Albert. It's their word against mine. I left not asking for a receipt or if there are security cameras that can verify my handing over of the $60. GET RID OF ALBERT. Only giving one star so this will get posted.

One of your workers caught the call the police on a black person bug. Unacceptable the person should be fired for making a false call especially when there's a sign in the door saying be back in 5 and all he doing is waiting to pay for his gas. Now that doesn't sound like someone who should have the police called on them does it?

To begin, I am a manager of a restaurant/bar in Pittsburgh. I know first hand how it is to work late hours of the night and deal with less than pleasant people on a daily basis. No matter how drunk, obnoxious, or disrespectful a guest is being, I make sure I act as calm and professional as I possibly can. I never write negative reviews because I know how detrimental they can be to a business, but I strongly feel the need the share my concerns. I have witnessed two instances of straight disrespect and absolutely ridiculous behavior from an employee who works the late shift who is named Jarid. The first time I encountered Jarid was when he felt it was appropriate to SCREAM across the store to tell my boyfriend and I "not to touch the wine" because it was passed the time to purchase alcohol. We knew this, and were just observing the brands of wine that they carried for future reference. I let his disrespectful and unprofessional behavior slide because l figured he was just having a bad day. Tonight, was ordering food because I just got off of work at 2 am and was hungry after a 12 hr. shift. Jarid got onto the intercom to say very sarcastically "that we need to hurry up and order because they are closing down momentarily and if we don't hurry then we won't eat." As we were in line with maybe four other people, Jarid was loudly complaining about a customer calling him "trashy" and saying other things that should not be heard by customers. He then embarrassed the customer by screaming across to him in front of people "you better decide what donut you want now or you're not getting it!" I felt so embarrassed and sorry for that man. These are not the only time I have witness horrible and inappropriate customer service from this employee but there are the two the made me cringe inside. I don't know what kind of training this establishment performs in terms of customer service, but I don't know how anyone in the right mind would allow such a disrespectful person to interact with the paying customers of this business.
