I was over charged and its ridiculous and my state I asked not to do but yet I was still charged. This year was the worst experience I've ever had with them. The woman was very polite but I feel I was ripped off completely.

Quick and easy. I was told the lady I usually see was retired. Still very helpful, after my experience there with the new associate I will continue to have my taxes done there.

I thought I wouldn't receive anything because of all my debt they got me 7800 back and I never had a income tax a day in my life I didn't get it yet tho 18 days and counting

just go on Turbotax. the guy who did my taxes, did them wrong. When I called to have it corrected, he informed me that it was even lower than the amount they sent me home with, because a $350 fee which even their managers don't know why I was charged because I am not in a high enough tax bracket. Just download turbotax and do it yourself, I would give 0 stars if possible. My whole family used to get their taxes done here every year. We will ALL be using turbotax (for free btw) from now on.
