Love key bank but this branch Manager went out of his way to call me sir 20 times😖😢🌈 and made it so someone could steal all my money
Closed my account that I've had over like 15 years gonna go to a different bank
That was so traumatic I'd have to say the worst experience I've ever had with a bank

This is not a review regarding the staff as they are very friendly. Key bank is probably the worst business bank you can experience. I would not recommend them to anyone. They do not have Zelle, you cannot mobile deposit, moving money should never be this hard. The banks close at 4pm so there is little flexibility with office hours. The app constantly shuts down and their bank does not integrate well with other syncing systems (quick books, and housing software). You cannot withdraw from other atms without a fee if your a business account and they have very limited atm machines. I tried to stick it out because of the staff but it’s honestly the worst. Highly recommend looking else where!

Just left key bank their branch manager is amazing Jonathan was very patient in answering all my questions and made sure I had all the information possible on the topics we spoke on. Overall 5 star customer service and I will be referring all my friends to the McKees rocks branch

The bank was clean, staff were friendly and helpful (as much as they could be) and I was able to change my account over without issue.Not sure what parking is like but I pulled right out front. So hopefully this review bumps them up from a 2.6. haha which I dont think they deserve and if you read those reviews....you might agree.

The bank was clean, staff were friendly and helpful (as much as they could be) and I was able to change my account over without issue.Not sure what parking is like but I pulled right out front. As a Buffalo native, Key Bank (formerly Goldome in WNY) has always been a local financial institution that we have always counted on. It's good to see expansion of the bank further into the Midwest.

0 Stars is more appropriate. seeking mortgage information, called 800 number, put on hold, person finally answers after 10 minutes and i'm put on hold again for another 10 minutes and hung up on. nobody gives 800 number to mortgage dept. Calling back had to go through the same transfer process, then had to be read a nonsense statement before getting put on hold again. totally unacceptable.
