I went there for a pre-employment drug screening, and everything went really well. I was done in less than 10 minutes, and the lady was really nice, unlike Quest Diagnostics, which treats customers like detainees.

Worst experience with this Lab. The lady who was working on March 12th was not only the only staff there but was very rude and condescending towards me...She took my bloodwork, was very rough and rushed and failed to turn it in on time. Then lied to me about it and had me wait a whole month just to find out they actually never ran my results

CF testing (US average) according to google: $200-$300. Labcorp: $1,050. The lowest ranked screening company in America. What a joke. NEVER use these thieves except for adjusting your sights.

Always has one person working the whole place and it’s always the same rude lady. Never have had a positive experience with her. Some things are out of patients control such as the way their doctors office sends bloodwork which takes a simple phone call but god forbid then you deal with loads of attitude. Maybe hire more people who have a work ethic and aren’t unpleasant as I also work in healthcare and would never talk to my clients that way. Shameful.

The staff is really professional and friendly. But, it would be helpful to the general working population to offer weekend hours. Most labs offer at least Saturday mornings. This lab, however, is only open Monday - Friday.
