The staff at the MedExpress in Robinson were very good. They addressed my daughter's illness and listened to my concerns. The reason I gave only 2 stars was for the wait time. I made an appointment for my daughter. We arrived 15 minutes before our appointment and the whole waiting room was packed. We waited over an hour for our appointment. I don't believe they follow the protocol of appointments go first over walk-ins as the MedExpress in Moon Township does. The reason I know that Moon township follows this protocol was that last year we went there with my 3 year old who clearly had a broken elbow. They made me wait almost 2 hours with a screaming in pain 3 year old because they had appointments already scheduled and gave me the last appointment of the day. Since last year, I was hesitant to try MedExpress again. I decided to take the chance this past weekend and will never use them again.

I’m visiting the area from the Midwest and had an accident. The team here evaluated my injury- did the necessary tests and gave me a treatment plan- all within an hour. Well done and thank you for helping me.

The front desk woman who was working at around 4:00pm on 8/16/2024 was the most horrible person I met lately. Definitely she will not last long as a front desk staff. Absolutely no communication skills. She was treating me as an inferior. She asked for my id and insurance card which I didn’t have with and had to run to the car (the car was right by the entrance) to grab them. It didn’t even take me a minute and by the time I am back, someone else was sitting in front of her and they wanted to step aside to let me get back but she said “that is okay”, meaning they didn’t have to leave the chair. I said but I was already here and she goes they had an appointment before me, which I believe was not true after asking her what time the appointment was. Left the place deeply offended and mistreated. Not sure what her problem was with me.

Very impressed with the care I received. The nurse practitioner who took care of me was very knowledgeable and very concerned whether the procedure was causing pain. Will, if needed, go there again.

I came in because I have been around people with strep throat. I understand that my rapid test came back negative but I told the nurse practitioner multiple times my throat was hurting and I felt sick and his response was “are you sure it’s not seasonal allergies? Well there is nothing wrong with you so I’m not giving you antibiotics” any time I would try and talk about my issues he kept on telling me it could be allergies. I don’t get seasonal allergies, I never have. I just felt like I was getting pushed out because there is nothing “visibly wrong with me” and here I am days later even more sick than I walked in. Also wasn’t given a covid test or asked about a covid test. The whole place was a joke.

Date of visit:7/30/24 12:30pm. The doctor wouldn’t send out my Covid test to the lab, even though I was exposed to Covid. She said they no longer will send the test out. Also the blonde older lady at the reception desk is just plain rude, and shouldn’t work in customer service. Will not return to this location again!!

The staff at The Robinson Township MedExpress were professional, very thorough and compassionate. From the front desk coordinator, Mary, to the intake staff Jim and the Nurse Practioner, Scott Stern, I felt confident that I was being treated properly. Thank you to the team for not rushing me through my visit and taking the time to address my concerns and answering my questions. Much appreciated!

Went in at 1:00 and had to go back with an appt at 4:45. I didn't get in to see anyone until 6:00. My foot was injured they took x ray's and I had broken bones in my foot. I was told there was nothing they could do for me. I asked for pain Med's and was not give any. Went to Cbg hsp. I was given a boot and pain medications. So Thanks for nothing.

The staffing was very nice. I went in around 12:00 noon and was told the earliest the could see me was 3:15. I chose to make a 4:15 appointment while I was there. I proceeded to arrive back at 4 and check in. Upon checking in I waited in the lobby for over an hour. I was then taken back and once I was put in a room I proceeded to sit in the freezing room for yet another hour. All for a 5 minute diagnosis. I knew all I needed was a prescription but why did it have to be a 2 1/2 hour process? More staffing is needed, especially on days like that one.
