Shady mechanic would not recommend getting your car serviced here do not provide proper receipts and now I’m figuring out we are not the only victim of this negligence. Everything they fix don’t last more than a year don’t believe they are even fixing the things they said . Beware do not get your car serviced here …

I got front and back brakes and rotors put on in December of 2023, by February 2024 my brakes and rotors were grinding and making noice, so I went back to O’Reilly’s Told them the situation and they traded the parts out for new ones (made it right and did there part), so now this is the second time within 2/3 months I had to pay for the labor to be done. I was told to not pay by O’Reilly’s and have them Mikes automotive (Gearheadz) put in a labors claim but the mechanic that did the work I think he’s the owner told me he’s not doing the claim because he did not purchase the parts. So he gave me both my receipts from both times he did work on my car but the 1st receipt only had the brakes and rotors cost of labor when in all actuality he did brakes, rotors, put my gas pump sensor on, a new door handle on, back up camera and my inspection (stickers) but didn’t give me the original receipt to take to o’reilly’s to put in a LABOR CLAIM not parts Labor, so again O’reillys did there part and put the labor claim in but the check couldn’t be in my name it had to go to the shop and they give it to me. A check was mail out to them for me to get my money back and I was told there not gonna sign it over to me because they’re not paying the taxes on it because they already paid taxes on the 2 other times I paid cash, they told me they don’t except cards only cash both times I paid for they’re service mind you the check is only 200 in some odd dollars so $14 dollars at most and they won’t sign the check over to me and have already gotten paid twice to to the same job. And my car is doing the same thing to this day, because the second time I picked my car up there were only 3 rotors to take back and I was told the only sent 3 he had purchased a forth 1, but nothing on my receipts about part (rotor)they purchased, they charged $90 a hour for labor at least that’s what I was charged, I say all that to say this, I never should’ve had to pay the second time, it did take about a month for the check to be sent out but they would’ve still gotten there money and it was the write thing to do, now I have to go to the magistrate to try to get my money back, right is right in wrong is wrong and you know what karma is. I would not recommend going there for services, they charge different people different prices and they only accept cash so that you’ll have no record because if I was allowed to pay with a card I could’ve disputed it with my bank. Only accepting cash when you are automotive business is a red flag 🚩 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 yall did work on my car, LaQuinta Carr is my cousin, I had her do a review so that’s a lie, soon as you think I’m gone, imma pop back up, until you give me my money.

Treat the street as their own personal parking lot, taking parking from all the other businesses and residents with their junk cars.
