Waited over 25 minutes just for hot dogs. Slowest Sheetz I've ever been to. Employees spent more time socializing than working and didn't apologize to anyone for being so slow.

one friend ordered a milkshake and fries and it’s been an HOUR AND A HALF of waiting, it is now 1 o’clock in the morning. while manager amber walks around and doesn’t step in to help the workers in the kitchen. ridiculous service and bad teamwork

waited over an hour just for some food. manager walks around the store looking at the floor. don’t go here late at night

we ordered fries and a milkshake and we’ve been waiting for over an hour now, while the manager, Amber, wanders around, not helping out with any of the orders. it should not take this long for a single milkshake and reheatable fries.

30 minutes in drive thru tonight for 2 flat breads. Flat breads good. Service terrible (and no acknowledgement or apology for the wait from the cashier)

Slowest Sheetz I've ever been to why does it take almost 10 mins for a breakfast sandwich. They weren't that busy inside, and I waited around 10 mins for one sandwich, which they didn't even have the bread I wanted and paid for. No compensation for the missing items or extra long wait time was offered. It's just a swap out option, which potentially I could have overpaid because I got a different option than what I originally paid for. I am very dissatisfied with the whole process and experience. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I frequently stop here late night after work, as it's on my way home. The new management that's been in place the last few months on this shift is absolutely horrible. The girl Kiwana, constantly demeans and talks down to her employees, who are actually working, while she holds conversations with people in the aisles. Today, I walked up to the register, which she was standing at. As soon as I walked up, she promptly walked away, and walked into the back. Another employee, stopped cooking and came to ring me out. A line began to form behind me, the supervisor continued to do nothing. I have watched her demean an employee into actual tears before, but this company is supposed to be big on mental health awareness? Seems to be big on bullies and laziness. Any time they get good management/employees they run them out. This store has gone downhill and fast, bring back the old manager from this shift and whoever was running the store before, because the change was not for the better. Before I was greeted, with a smile or hello, and felt welcome. This girl you have as a supervisor just made it so I take my money elsewhere from now on.
