I went in for inspection, they said it needed a part replaced, I said I will do it myself, went home to look at it myself and the part was fine so I took it some where else and it passed with flying colors, I then asked them about that part and they said it's perfectly fine, DON'T GO THERE, they lie to try and scam people. BTW Steubenville Pike Auto this account is an alias so I don't have to deal with you covering up your lie. Your company is why the consumers can't trust mechanics.

i went to so many body shops and jason charged me 1700 and everywhere else wanted to charge me like 4000 and he always answered the phone when i called he was great

I’ve been bringing my car here since back when Foreign Fix was still in the building next door. The service has always been excellent and professional. Whether it’s routine maintenance or major repairs, I’ve always felt confident and satisfied with their work. The team is friendly, honest, and efficient. Even an oil change gets done quickly ,usually within an hour. My wife was here just yesterday for a brake service, and they got it done fast and smoothly as well. Highly recommend Steubenville Pike Auto if you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy shop!

I will never get another vehicle from this place again. I was going to show up to look at a vehicle but made a appointment. I came to my appointment went out on a test drive just to be told he sold it to another couple. He gave me a Nissan rogue 2012 with nothing but problems with it day one. Had sensors that needed done and after arguing with my gear shift they fixed it I was told I didn't know how to drive though. I never felt so degraded. Now I need a converter put on. Now with brakes. What hassle am I looking at with inspection in July. Since the first day I took it home had problems. Jason tells me oh you know how these used cars are. No I don't all my vehicles I've got have been used and never had issues like this. How do you put a vechile on the lot without checking everything out. It's bad business. I could of gotten the vehicle I wanted if I just showed up. Im always having some problems or another just as I get one thing fixed another part goes. I'll give it to the mechanics there they fix it and I haven't gotten charged. This overwhelming experience after a bad accident isn't very helpful either. I should be overjoyed getting a vehicle but instead I've got nothing but a hassle. Looking into the vehicle I spent more on the value it shout be I paid $7,000 the best it's worth it maybe $4,000 with the miles and need inspection. With the problems I have it will add up. I can't trade it because I just bought it I'm lucky if I can trade for $2,000 to $3,000. I pretty much got screwed pretty bad. I'm going to get inspection done next month see how much more damage they should cover

This place has been my saving grace since moving to Pittsburgh from New Jersey. They are all so kind. Danielle at the front desk is always so funny and straight up with me. They know I drive a falling apart vehicle that I’m riding until the wheels fall off. And every time I go, they tell me what work is worth it and what isn’t. Very honest people who do great, reasonably priced work. As a young woman in my 20s who falls under the stereotype of not knowing much about cars, I always feel comfortable coming here and trust them.

They took excellent care of me yet again. I started using them a long time ago, but moved out of state. They were always extremely fair and honest, especially on inspections, and while visiting family they took care of me yet again, talking me out of replacing my 5 year old battery that tested very well and quickly diagnosing and fixing a grinding noise on my brakes. 4.4 doesn't do this place justice so I had to leave 5 stars.
