Bought an adjustable wrench that didn't advertise the maximum jaw opening, went to the car and opened the package, found out it wasn't large enough. Tried to return it and the manager said no returns. On an essentially unused wrench. Guess I'll be supporting big box stores.

I stopped by because the key they made me didn't work and they would do nothing about it The guy told me they didn't even carry that key. I looked at him I said you were the one that cut the keys for me, he just turned and walked away, said there's nothing I can do. I know that's a bunch of bull because I used to work in a hardware store, how rude. I also had six other keys made that same day they all worked fine.

Very good hardware store. They have had most of the material I needed. They are friendly and helpful. The prices are competitive with the big box stores and are in the neighborhood. ??

Management was extremely rude. I had a bunch of keys that I needed cut. He basically told me to take a walk because he was going to have to watch the register for a few minutes. I'll never go back.

Twice we've been here looking for product and twice we've been met by the most apathetic teenager who knows nothing about simple hardware. Avoid and go to Busy Beaver in Crafton.

True value usually has what I want. The young man working the front register needs better training in customer service or needs to find a different job. Asked that he place my purchase in my bag he acted as if I said nothing to him. I would not hire him to work in my business.

Went in to but a part and couldn’t find it. When I asked for help the salesman was more interested in his phone. Then when I said something to him about not helping me. His business partner started threatening to beat me up. Lol. That was the funny part

I love this place if you live in the Rocks, Sto or Kennedy township and need to get some parts for your home maintenance project this is the place. And it way better than going all the way to Home Depot.
