First I wanted for 15 minutes before the guy came back into the building before I could get service, outside chatting with his friends. Then waited another 15 minutes after check out because there was some random guy that had the keys. The Uhaul was very unprofessional!! The store is disgusting, there was a very large dog in there that was not locked up, an alcohol bottle was on the counter also. Soon as I pulled out the lot and went down the street, drove for 3 minutes the truck broke down and longer allowed me to drive or reverse. I waited in 95 degree weather for roadside assistance and he worked on the car for 4 hours. DO NOT RENT!!!!

There was no disclosure that this establishment did not take cash. Luckily the lady was nice enough to accept cash from me as that’s all I had. But she asked for $20 extra as I’d say collateral. I was given the $20 back when returned.
The worst part of it all was, the uhaul was left on E, I was expected to put gas in it to move myself and then replace the gas I used. I understand the person before me probably left it on E but shouldn’t the uhaul establishment put gas in it for the next user? That was odd to me.

Brought back u haul in perfect condition and apparently he kept my card info and charged my debit card agin 2 weeks later for a totally different amount!! Disputing transaction and calling in the morning!!!! Not to mention dude is a lil insane and smells like bar truck was very dirty when we rented it as well as no dolly

2nd time using this place and I definitely recommend it. Nice, professional, QUICK, your in and out, the trucks were clean, dally works with no problems.I was in a bind and he definitely worked with me.ONLY PROBLEM...they don't have 17 foot trucks!

The landlord/owner of this establishment wears a Make America Great Again hat, tells you not to wear a mask, and argues with you about his phony science he learns from fake news. Don't go here. I want to give them 0 stars but it won't let me.Also, the truck we rented was dirty and clearly not cleaned out.

I suggest you go else where. Store owner VERY VERY disrespectful. I had to file a formal complaint with uhaul. They are thieves. Will charge your card for services you did not use. Guy charged my card over $100 saying it's my stores policy that I charge you a minimum of 50 miles. How? When I only used 15 miles?? No we have a major problem.
