So thankful for this location and the team here. Quick friendly and trustworthy service. I had a nightmare situation at a different collision shop and after calling 15 other places asking if they could do supplement repairs I luckily found caliber collision who happily and easily took my car in for repairs. They even helped me transport something to my rental car, replaced windshield wiper, and I just couldn’t be happier with the service they provided me

It’s only been a week since picking up my car but everything went really well. Timely repair, good customer service, good updates and detailed information. MUCH, much, much, better than what you will get at most local car dealer auto body repair shops.

Brought my wife's Buick Encore in for repair. The repair itself really isn't bad. It's a silver vehicle so the color match is just a hair off, but very excitable. The reason for the 4 out of 5 is they missed repairs needing done to the rims. Again, not a huge problem, but it ended up being a additional 3 days. Talking to the guy about the color match, he stated they had to paint it twice to get the color. Understandable knowing how tricky silver is. Once my wife brought the vehicle home though, I noticed silver paint on some of the trim. They masked it off for the reshoot but missed some sections 🤦♂️. I understand time is money, but clearly they didn't inspect the job before sending it out or else they would have noticed the paint on the trim and scuffed rims.

I had a bad experience with calibre after all of the time of me being out of money and not really being able to work because I use my vehicle for work. The repair could’ve been done for all of the time that it took. There is still a bulge in my rear bumper. I’ve been to collision shops and I’ve seen cars coming in out of the garage but this time I’m not pleased with this service for all of the time that it took to get the car repaired. They did not do a good job. I do not recommend calibre collision.
