“Shout out to Roy! (or gentleman with the long white beard if I got his name wrong) About a month ago, my car stalled out on 51 thankfully close to Mr. Magic. After getting my car to turn on again, I pulled in and the man working, Roy, talked me through everything I needed to do to get home which was 45 minutes away. my car had never broken down before and I had no idea what to do.
Roy made sure I let my car cool down, checked my dashboard for errors, and had me drive around the lot a few times before leaving to make sure my car wouldn’t stall again right away. He’s the reason I got home safely! I’m so thankfully he was there to help me, otherwise I would’ve been way too freaked out. Customer service here is top tier ? thanks Roy”

“I highly recommend Ballou Auto Spa for all your car detailing needs. Quentin, the owner, is super nice, extremely talented, and detail oriented. My car was a complete mess when I took it to him, but he worked his magic, and it looks better now than it has in years! The crumbs and dirt are gone, and my car literally sparkles. I couldn't be more thrilled. Quentin knocked it out of the park! Also, I have bad allergies, and I'm sensitive to the scent of some cleaning products. Quentin was kind enough to show me all the cleaning products he uses in advance, and I checked to make sure none of them bothered me--and they were all fine. Ballou Auto Spa offers excellent customer service, on top of providing an outstanding service. I will definitely be going back. Thanks, Quentin! My car looks amazing. P.S. You'll need to pay with cash or a check, as Quentin doesn't take credit cards. No big deal, but good to know in advance, so you can stop at an ATM , or bring your checkbook.”

“My family LOVES to go through the car wash here. Its like a mini 'RAVE'! The grandchildren like the fancy lights and request that I boost up the music as we drive through. The past couple of days Sweet Peas was doing a special to raise money for the White Oak Animal Center. The employees dressed up scary and did such a FANTASTIC JOB! Not only does Sweet Peas car wash get the vehicle nice and spiffy, its always a pleasure to see the regular employees! I go at least 3 times a week and the same workers have been there. That says it right there.
Reasonable rates compared to the competition and different wash options for one time use and for the monthly unlimited customers. Friendly staff to assist and guide you in safely. . Afterwards, ample vacuums and interior cleaning is available for the customer to use.”
