Went here to file my 2023 taxes and the woman filed them as 2024 so I had to comeback 2 days later because their computers was slow and wouldn’t load. So when I comeback 2 days later, the lady acted like she didn’t tell me to comeback and she left me a message that morning so she finally finishes after 30mins then proceed to tell me I own money which was fine, but then she proceeded to tell me I have to pay my federal with check or money order mind you she took my banking account information already asked me what day would I like to have it debited out my account, but now she’s saying they don’t do that and she don’t know why. So I told her they done it before and if they don’t do it what was the point of you taking my banking information then she went back into her computer o ok yea ok you can do it that way. She basically just talking because she didn’t know the correct information . All in all I will never go back to this woman not H&R Block just this woman she clearly didn’t know what she was doing./
Thank you owner of H&R Block for your response But do to one of your employees negligence now I have to contact the IRS so basically I paid you guys H&R Block 194 dollars for them to mess up my taxes once again not all of your employees just this one person one bad apple don’t spoil the bunch because I came here before and had great service from Mrs Pat I believe. But that was a few years ago but this year omg never will I go to this lady again pray nobody goes to her.

Mr. Eric Stanyard was beyond helpful for me this morning! I wasn’t fully prepared this to file as it wasn’t part of my plans for today. He helped me access everything from last year including bank information I couldn’t get into. He was so patient, understanding and very knowledgeable! Didn’t feel rushed at all even though I took up 2 hours of his time. I highly recommend him for you’re tax services.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The app to upload documents don't work, so therefore, screwed up my advance refund. Even though I told the secretary and tax prep I wanted to get the tax refund, the secretary even asked me a 3rd time and I said yes. Trying to call or email them and get a response is ridiculous, you gotta call them 10 times and they still got it wrong. I've stayed with them for all these years. Next time I'm going to someone else. I still have no response on last year's taxes that need amended, even though I asked 4 times that I help with it cause I'm owed money from last years.

I have used H&R Block since I was 17 and had my son. After this year I will never ever use them again. Not only did their app not work all week, but the lady said she didn't apply for the advance refund for me because she would have to mail me a emerald card. I could have came down to get a card had she applied for it for me. it took them 3 days to do my taxes and I was told they needed up to 72 more hours, so I said no I can't wait, so she rushed through my taxes. She said I'm sorry I didn't try for the refund advance because you would have to wait for a card to come in the mail. Even if so, the mail is 2 days max. I would of had my card friday. Now I have to wait 21 days. It should not take 3 days to do someone's taxes, I had 2 W2g that's it. Also I have a question about last year's taxes and asked her twice in a email, and once to the receptionist, she just ignored my question, plus refuses to give me a manager's email. I usually never complain and very passive but her deciding not to apply for the emerald card because she'd have to mail it, what if I needed to get groceries or pay a bill?
