I have taken my children here for at least the last 10+ yrs and both the front desk nurses and doctors who visit with you always have a good bed side manner and always have patience with questions and concerns.

Worst pcp. They have you see a different doctor every single time you go. Then They tell you to come in to treat a certain condition, and do nothing about it three times in a row. They say to do test you already have scheduled also. Stay away. They waste your time, and show no concern for. I also had a Video appointment which I waited an 1hr and 20 min. Doctor never came on to talk to me!! Do yourself a favor go somewhere else..

I have been going here for 10 years, I have always been treated well. The ladies at the front desk are phenomenal!! The doctors are AWESOME and they take good care of you. I went there today with an issue to get an appointment and nurse Sarah took great care of me........Thanks to ALL of you for being exceptional people and for taking good care of me!

Had an appointment on the MyUPMC app with Kamni Kalpathi and they never joined. Waited for 1 hour. Ghetto is a understatement for this place. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. You deserve better treatment!!

I seem to get the rudest person named Tara every time and it makes me not want to go there ever again but there are nice people here it just sucks having to do deal with a person who talks over you or treats you poorly prior to even being seen

I have been going to this facility since 1990 and I have never been treated bad. Front office staff is very polite and will help you as much as they can. Nurse's and the aide's are on top of there game and I have had great Doctors to see me thru what ever situation I'm dealing with.My hats off to you all!

My husband and I both have had good experiences here. I was worried based on reviews (long wait times, no call backs) but have not experienced any of those issues. They do have residents there but there is always an attending. Location was clean, staff was friendly and all three doctors we've seen have taken their time with us.

These people here must have no brain I don’t understand why we are scheduled at 10:00 and still don’t go to the back and it’s 11:00 so 1 hr waiting… this isn’t the first time either. Last time we got one thing done and was there for 2 hrs like do these people have no schedule?? Very slow never come here unless you wanna be there for 2 hrs minimum. Absolutely embarrassing.

This place is wonderful. They have a wide variety of services. The staff are very cool. I got antibiotics for a tick bite on the 4th of July from them. If they can't help you they have connections to get you to the right person.

Rude, never call back and its been three months since they had trouble calling in my script. Still no fix and im a threat to myself and others hahaha.

They never answer their phones and will not call you back. This place is so unprofessional, rude, and not helping to the patients. Also when I need prescriptions filled they never give me any refills. I have asthma and it take forever to get the medicine I need to breathe and survive. I would not recommend anyone here, it is a waste of time and you will get know where by going here. All you will get is stress and a headache from all the ignorance they give to you.
