Not only saved me a couple hundred dollars in hiring someone to fix my furnace but saved me from buying parts that weren’t broken and were just extremely nice, knowledgeable, and helpful also had parts in stock that other suppliers had to order and wait for, highly recommend 5/5!

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. I searched every place I could think of in a 10 mile radius of Monroeville. I was looking for a contactor for my HVAC unit. Every place I tried said no go, you have to have a business. Then I was told about Mars Wholesale. I called and spoke with Bruce. He was more than willing to help. He was extremely helpful. He walked me through how to put it in and what wires go where. I was quoted over $700 to install a part that cost me $23 from Bruce!! That is just insane. I can’t thank Bruce and Mars Wholesale enough!! Go visit him if you need anything. Or give him a call and he will definitely help!!

They are great, knowledgeable guys who walked me through enough trouble shooting possibilities on my gas furnace I felt I could build one from scratch (obvious joke, please don’t try to build your own furnace unless you are highly skilled). I got the part I needed and the furnace fired back up. $15 part, 5 minute repair. Awesome!

I tried to go in with an order for a contractor friend, and the guy at the counter told me he wouldn't help until I smiled. This was more than 15 years ago and I still have not set foot in there again.

Had trouble with my oil furnace when we had the period of well below zero temperatures. Could not get anyone to come and service it. Called Mars and talked to Bruce, if it wasn’t for him going above and beyond explaining different parts of the oil furnace and walking me through replacing a part my family would have not had heat for days. I am truly grateful for the way they do business. They are very knowledgeable and kind. Bruce goes out of his way to help you. I highly recommend Mars Supply.

These guys are great. You show up just to buy parts. But instead of just selling you a part, they ask questions about your problem. Then they suggest that you check some more stuff. And they get it right. My old oil furnace would start and run OK. But it was making a pulsing noise every few seconds. Then after 10 minutes or so it would start to sputter and misfire. They suggested I check the coupling between the motor and fuel pump. And that was it. The D shaped hole in the coupling was slightly deformed, and the motor side was occasionally slipping. A new coupling solved the problem. Plus they have the parts in stock or can get them quickly. I called 10 places looking for a fuel pump, and this was the only place that had one in stock. And they sell parts to anyone. You don’t have to be a contractor with an account to buy furnace parts.

An honest, helpful, kind team to do business with. I am a carpenter and I have no business repairing a furnace but when mine died over the holidays I figured I would give it a try instead of paying holiday rates for a serviceman. I went in with the idea that my pressure switch had gone bad and asked for a new one. They would not sell me one until they confirmed that it was actually the part that I needed. It turned out that I was wrong and the issue was with my control board. Again, they would not sell me one until they knew for sure they were selling me the right part. After confirming the model and serial number they hooked me up with the circuit board I needed. The replacement went smooth and my family is warm for the new year. Mars could have made more money off me had they just sold me the part I asked for. I am sure they knew that but seemed to have a genuine desire to help. In the end I probably saved three times what I spent. The world could benefit from more people being like that. I would recommend them to everyone.
