The worker was nice and honest. My daughter came in with a broke phone turned out there was water in her case so instead of pushing us to buy a new phone. The worker suggested to put it in rice first if it doesn’t work we are welcomed to come back… the rice worked but I would definitely go back to upgrade in the future
