I had a terrible experience at Ollie’s Bargain Outlet. When I asked why the restrooms were closed, the manager became extremely rude, loud, and aggressive. Instead of giving a simple explanation, she shouted that it was a corporate decision and then followed me out of the store, yelling and even threatening to call the police. To make matters worse, she refused to give me her name when I asked. This behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and completely unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others about the way customers are treated here.

My first time going, I found all that I needed, price is right you can find just about anything that you may need, the people are friendly I have been to 2 of their locations .

This store is a hit or miss. But you have one week You might not find the following week they have a good rug selection. They are inexpensive in price on the rugs but they're also not of the best quality if you need it for a couple years this is a place to go. Random things it is a closeout store. It is worth the time to go in a look and the prices are good.

Like Forrest gulps box of chocolates, you never know what you'll find at ollies. Went in for bedding, wound up buying great teas, spices, maple syrup, and other food bargains. Always diverse and well priced, worth the trip if you've never been there
