Well I just left the office with my 9 year old son for a eye examination. DOCTOR MUREEN MULAC was the eye doctor for the day, mind you his 1st time for a eye doctor visit. He was very very nervous. She did not even try to make him comfortable at all 😔He didn't have it done because he was so scared even with me trying to talk to him. She told me since my son didn't get his examine today that he wouldn't be allowed to come back there again. My son was very nervous and he has anxiety which act up even more so at a doctors office. I felt bad for him, if she had a better personality and is a kid friendly doctor , I know 100% he would have had his exam done. The secretary asked me if he is on medication. My son has a amazing personality and doesn't like her now ans saod she was very ignorant. He even said she don't like me 😩 breaks my heart 💔 sadly if you have a son or daughter who is nervous about a eye examination you don't want to go there. I hope she doesn't have children or grand children because if she does I hope they don't get nervous or scared going to a doctor office because she probably would tell them the same thing don't come back . No patiences for kids!!! Dont take your children there.. maybe work with the kids who are nervous instead of saying can't take them now. One more thing I was the only one in the office for a hour so she had time . Shame on DOCTOR MUREEN MULAC AT OLYMPIA SHOPPING CENTER. if your kids are scared don't go there for a pleasant visit or any kind of anxiety when it come to a doctors visits. shame on her!!! For a women especially

Eileen provided excellent customer service to me and my mom. She was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable about all aspects of services, products, and answered all our questions. Sam was simply incredible! She was extremely patient with me by answering all of my questions both in-person and over the phone. If I were able to speak with people like Sam everyday, I would a happy camper. I feel greatful to have met her. Sam is one of those irreplacable, valuable assets to Pearle Vision!!

Everyone is very friendly and understanding. I'm the type of person who gets anxious about appointments, but this place made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Great service and kind doctors and staff.

Been going to this location for many years. Love both doctors and the staff. Always feel well taken care of and never pressured to get anything above and beyond what's needed but always given all the options. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend!

Dr. Maureen is super nice. My whole family sees her and we really like her. Sam was so helpful with our eyeglass purchases and got us really good deals. Highly recommend going to Pearle Vision!

Such non-caring, unprofessional, RACIST group of individuals, I've ever encountered.
Screwed up my appointment time, Mrs Maureen Mulack didn't give a rats behind that it took me HOURS to get to my appointment and offered no remorse other than "I have a family function & can't see you" shame on you!!!!!!!
