I have had to live on $75: a week , it took me literally from Dec 1 , 2023 to April ,2024 of me asking over and over for my money to replace my broken phone they do take out a fee of my money to mail me a check I do not get any statements of what I have each month . Thumbs up it was impossible to receive a call back from them leaving messages upon messages somehow I ended up not having anything saved through this whole time I have been trying to play catch up with groceries personal needs etc since day one until this day September 20 but recently here for the last couple months didn't call backs had been awesome usually the same day or the next day I will receive response get money has become so much easier I have been able to call them tell them what I need how much and they have sent the check out that day or if not by the next day so they have been more enjoyable and more easier to work with so I have to give them a higher. There are still a little something that need to be worked on getting statements each month for how much and where my money being spent how much is saved but I do have a lot less complaints towards them I hope they keep on improving and doing a better job

Reliable Payee Services is registered as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. That said, they ILLEGALLY take fees for being a Payee organization to "Comply" with SSA and VA requirements. Horrible communication. Constant disrespect. I have to fight to get any extra money. They won't share the expenditures with me. I would give zero star if I could.

This place is wonderful. At first i i was upset for awhile that the Veteran's Administration rated me incompetent, and sent my check to this office, and blamed them, but they have paid me very fast and reliably, for like 3 years now. Danica is my darling team 3 payee she is always friendly on the phone always answers emails. Even though i have been grumpy and rude. Never once has she not paid me. I still get scared i won't get paid, but I always do! I am ble$$ed to have this pay service. Compared to others. I have read horror stories online of other companies taking weeks. This place pays me same day or next day usually if i need money

RPS is horrible in service. I don't get my money on time. I get it 4 days later. An the woman who answer the phone whose not my payee cuss me out twice about my money. Smh they have terrible service at Reliable Payee Service. I am done with them

They will never respond to your calls, they will never respond to your emails. I have to go through mental health workers to even reach them & even then it is extremely rare they respond. This is criminal, this place needs shut down entirely & the workers jailed. 1/100 times I can reach them over the phone but then I am given a horrible attitude & when they say the check is sent out, what a surprise, it isn't. The people leaving positive reviews are representatives trying to make the "company" look good.

Unfortunately this business is not great. I say unfortunately b/c I would hope a business that the disabled community relies on would be better. Communication is the biggest problem here. It is nearly impossible to reach them. They rarely even really answer the phone, but you are routed to your rep and are forced to leave a VM. They are the rep payee for my 24 year old daughter, and I have a hard enough time reaching them, I can only imagine how difficult it would be for a person who is high functioning enough that they deal with them directly when they need money. And the hours are a part of the problem. The website says M-F, 7-3:30, which is not true. They are open 9am-4pm, except on Fridays when they are open 9-noon! Noon! Those are worse that doctor’s office hours. For someone who “supports the community”, they sure do it on a very limited capacity. They do get a star for sending her bi-monthly checks to her almost all the time. I guess that's something. Two others to try are Ursuline and Carefree.

Cursed me out because i called, dont bring the drama from home to work. Told me i was not allowed to call or stop pass. Really, wont even let me call to check my account balance. They need a whole new team...

First off this place is professional and I never had a problem with them in the 10 years I been with them. They send everything out on time. I cannot believe anyone would leave them a negative review. Sounds to me like people are upset that they have to have a rep payee. =)
