“Best kids bookstore ever. Selection is expertly curated, inclusive and covers every seasonal holiday from all cultures and backgrounds, which is great when you're in search of something specific. Owner is so passionate about books, can recommend superbly if you just give her an age or general direction, and the gifts selection is unique high quality and can't be beat. Weekly storytime is creative, themed and typically includes a song dance or activity. Get there early as it fills up quickly. We like going to shop, read and play. There's always a few ongoing activity or craft areas for the kids whenever you visit. I've purchased countless gifts there and they even wrap it for you in unique and beautiful paper! Always a hit. We've taken friends and family there and now they're hooked too. I seriously can't recommend this place enough. It's incredible!”

“Have shopped here several times and everybody is always sooo sweet and knowledgeable and happy to help. Sometimes they even ask me what groups or photocards I’m looking for so they can help. Great selection of kpop albums (very organized) and all things kawaii. I have gotten several of my friends to shop here because I love it so much. I had a minor issue with a purchase I made recently and the staff seriously went above and beyond to correct it even though it was something out of their control to begin with! I would have given them a 5 star review any day but I needed to shoutout to whoever helped me because customer service in general always makes me anxious but they did not make me feel that way. I could not recommend this business enough. Support local businesses! ?”

“Really cool toy store. Has a ton of vintage toys that I remember from growing up! They also had a lot of glass shelves and jewelry. I would definitely keep your eyes on your young kids so they don't break anything.”

“Small store packed with lots of toys and gifts to choose from. Good options for all age ranges and reasonably priced for most items. They have a variety of toys, board games, trading card games, dice, legos, anime figures, nerdy decor, gemstones, keychains, stuffed animals and more. The staff were nice and helpful. There is no parking lot so you have to park on the street or park nearby and walk.”

The girl working at the time was very helpful and greeted everyone as they came in, asking if they needed any help, including myself. She even helped he get an extra 5 dollars off using my points. “A wonderful place! It is a true classic downtown toy store. Not a big box store. There are things for sale here than can not be found elsewhere. If you need a dose of Christmas, go to the Department 56 satrap next to the steps.”

“I had a terrible experience at Ollie’s Bargain Outlet. When I asked why the restrooms were closed, the manager became extremely rude, loud, and aggressive. Instead of giving a simple explanation, she shouted that it was a corporate decision and then followed me out of the store, yelling and even threatening to call the police. To make matters worse, she refused to give me her name when I asked. This behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and completely unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others about the way customers are treated here.”
