I went down here earlier today for my Indonesia package, and bro it was quick and easy the girl working there she's cool it only took like 3 minutes or so good usps store, I'll be back if the mailman doesn't dilever my package since he doesn't knock for some reason. I'll be back

Terrible service! As the world continues to evolve there are still dated mentalities & systems in place that do not adhere or could care less about public safety clearance, security breaches & Oaths regarding Mail delivery & services. It's overstood of the intentional historical underlining systemic issues of certain neighborhoods & community efforts of causing harm to specific ethic Homeowners in order to force people out of neighborhoods/communities. Reports of mishandling mail & important vital information is ignored on purpose. Security breaches & identity theft can start & end with mishandling mail/packages causing unnecessary uproar/tension within communities because of a careless Mail carrier.
I'm all for Robots delivering mail/packages if it fixes this problem if humans have become ungrateful & desensitized to jobs & company mission statements on a Federal agency level!
Time for a rebranding & rehiring process!

For one they never answer the phone so don't even bother. For two my mail carrier apparently can't read, I'm constantly getting mail for different addresses and the correct address but wrong apartment... Makes me wonder how much of my mail is delivered to someone else...

AMENDED REVIEW:
I have since learned that this branch is considered a 'hub' of sorts for Amazon and UPS. Sunday deliveries are not actually from the Post Office or their regular carriers. Any attempts at rectification of the lies of the other drivers by Postal employees is ignored by the other companies. I hope the letters to my local Rep and the AG will shed light on this problem and the additional burden it places on our local Post Office employees.

A formal complaint will be filed when they open. Sunday April 28, 2024. Early afternoon.
Our mailbox is on the street about 50 yards from our house. My husband was standing in the driveway holding our grandson, I was on the front porch, and we all watched the carrier pull up, hang out, get out, get back in, hang out, then leave with someone in an suv parked/following behind him.
Two hours later, I get a notification that my package could not be delivered because there was 'No Access To The Address'. ?
This is more than the 5th time that some lie has been told , by a carrier, about why my mail can't be delivered. It is never my regular carrier, always a substitute or Sundays.
Just, WHY?
Edit to add: After reading other reviews, I am going to file a formal complaint with the State AG too. Lying about delivery is apparently a problem within this office. In any other profession, lying is fraud. ??♀️

I wish I could give them 0 stars!!! The lady will go out of her way to NOT help you! I was shopping priority mail and wouldn't even give me a piece of tape!! I had to show her THEIR sign that clearly said they would give a piece of tape if shipping priority mail so she threw the tape at me!!! Terrible! I also found out they are supposed to not only give you tape but print out your shipping label for free, they won't do that it either!!! This place is a bad joke! They also had awful attitudes! No wonder it only has a 2 stars....

No one will answer the phone. My mail is delayed DAYS AND GREETING CARDS HAVE BEEN STOLEN!!! NO ONE CARES. Oh....I have filed formal complaints. My gongressman will get a call.

This post office doesn't answer their phone! The mail carriers also lie about being able to deliver packages saying they didn't have access to deliver, which is a lie! If the carrier went to the right address or bothered to deliver my package would've been delivered. There's is absolutely nothing to block them from delivering my mail as my building is next to a sidewalk!

I've had mail in my mailbox for the Mailman to take for a week. He just piles the new mail on top of my envelope. He did the same thing with my mail-in vote. I had to call the post off to get my envelope sent. I'm very disappointed. Never had this experience. How do you get somebody to do the job they were hired for?
