“Every employee at the Bridgeville PA location has been outstanding. I have been going there for years and so too have I been renting cars from here. Even the employees that were doing other things, seemed to go out of their way being friendly. This kind of customer service rarely exists anymore. If I own Enterprize I would want these employees working for me!”
“Wrecked my car and needed a rental. The location I chose through my Erie insurance rep wouldn't have a vehicle available until Monday. That location said I could use any Enterprise location and to call and see if other locations would have a vehicle available sooner. I was able to get a rental the next day at the Bethel Park location. The pickup went great. I was in and out quickly. The vehicle was clean and in better condition than other rentals I've had. Sadly people beat these cars up. I opted for the extra insurance for piece of mind. Elana, the enterprise rep, went through everything with me and answered all my questions. I had one about ez-pass and she let me know to just add the vehicle to the app as a temporary rental. She was polite and professional. When I returned the vehicle I was in and out in just a few minutes. I'd definitely use Enterprise again if I need another rental. I had zero issues and a great experience dealing with the company.”
“The cabin air filter definitely needed to be changed. It had leftover cigarette smell. Switching to outside circulation fixed it though.
Service guys took a day or two to respond to my inquiry about the issue. And they were happy to exchange the car. That made me happy that they cared. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to switch out the car at the time. So no fault to them in that regard. But Yeahhh, probably just be mindful of the potential internal filters... 🤣”
