I have had nothing but positive experiences when banking here. I am always able to get help when needed, very pleasant employees!

Awful bank. The atm gave me a ripped $20 bill and the people inside would not exchange it. They stole $20 from me!!

Went in to ask a question & the two women where talking at the counter then looked at me like I was interrupting the conversation. Worst banking experience ever especially after I have had an account at citizens for years so needless to say I'm done with citizens bank.
