I had a great experience at CVS, everybody is nice and doing their job professionally and I didn’t have to wait on line for s long time. CVS is so clean and organized place , I enjoy shopping there where I can have good quality products at reasonable prices prices.

The folks in the pharmacy are very nice and helpful.
However, the garbage outside the store and inside is over flowing the container, and the floors have debris on them. The floors need swept badly.
Stopped in recently and I'm not a fan of the new key pads to put your info at at pharmacy pick up. I really don't want to be touching a screen that other sick customers have touched. Why can't they have a stylus to use on the screen like they used to.
Also, why is it so hot in this store in the summer. Doesn't CVS want to pay for air conditioning? Makes you wan to get in and get out as fast as you can. I feel sorry for the workers.

There is always something wrong. Either they are randomly closed at 1:30pm or they are out of the prescription you need. The chances of going here are being able to pick up your RX the first time is 0.

I am a regular customer at CVS on Route 19 in McMurray. Yesterday I tried to fill a prescription that would have cost almost $100 out of pocket after Medicare coverage. The man at the pharmacy gave me several options and ultimately ran it through a discount card, saving me $60. Yay!

Rude and racist picture lady. If yur job is to take passport photos, just take them and be kind. Why the attitude and rudeness? This is a serviec industry and customers ask questions to be certain they get things right. Lady you need to chill.

HORRIBLE experience with the pharmacist at this location. Carrie has repeatedly caused unnecessary issues when filling prescriptions by misrepresenting policies and then attributing her limitations to “doctor’s orders” when in reality, they’re her own made up set of rules that she won’t tell you and would rather lie to the patient.
She is the only pharmacist here, so I would not recommend using this location unless you wanna be given the run around and treated like an inconvenience.

This review is entirely pharmacy related - it’s a poorly run pharmacy with rude associates and they don’t fill your prescriptions accurately. Go to Giant Eagle down the road.
