I placed an order for a large fruit basket in the morning to brighten the day of a dear friend who’s husband was very ill, and had thought the order was being delivered only to be informed late that evening that they couldn't fulfill the order. Had someone called earlier to let me know, I could have placed an order elsewhere. I requested to speak to management and was advised they would have someone call me and told they would try to deliver the next day and “throw in extra fruit” when my order was already for a large fruit basket.Despite requesting to speak with management, I did not receive a callback.I learned later that evening my dear friend’s husband had passed away so my message with the delivery was no longer relevant.The next day, I had still not received a call regarding my order so I contacted this location where order was placed and explained the situation.The lack of empathy and dismissal from the staff member I spoke with even after explaining the passing of the husband, was disheartening. I felt the response was insensitive and in a business like Edible Arrangements, it's imperative that they understand the essence of time when it comes to delivering ordered arrangements. Timeliness is not just a convenience but a fundamental aspect of customer service especially during sensitive situations like illness or bereavement. Customers rely on these arrangements to express care and support promptly. Therefore, ensuring efficient delivery processes and effective communication regarding any delays is essential to the company's reputation and to meet customer expectations. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Do better!

They dropped the ball...My wife works til 3:30, I ordered before they opened. By 1:30 the order status was still at "we've received your order" and not even at "we're making your order" I knew then it wasn't going to be delivered by the time she left work. Tried to call twice and no answer.

Delicious and beautiful! Ordered caramel apples, cupcakes, cookies, and flowers for my mom’s birthday and they were all perfect. Delivery driver was super nice. Thank you edible arrangements McMurray team!!

Terrible! They said their van broke down & could not deliver the order & they never made any attempt to notify me!! DO NOT USE THEM! I was warned about them but did not listen the first time!

Had and extraordinary experience today. Was dealt with kindness and professionalism. Communication was on point. Fruit was awesome! Definitely recommend.

Purchased the Mother’s Day Deluxe fruit basket and did not get what was advertised on the website (screenshot 1). I reached out to the store locally and they mentioned they gave extra fruit and a bigger container. It was just in a cardboard box (screenshot 2). My mother said they had to throw out the fruit since it wasn’t fresh upon delivery. Regardless of this intent, a phone call beforehand would have been appreciated if the containers had run out and I could have chose something else. Store manager would not refund or give any credit back. Bad experience. Also, I believe the containers are usually in a vase so not great all around. The extra fruit doesn’t add up to the price of the vase.

I placed my order ahead of Valentine's Day on Jan 21st and my order wasn't even delivered during the day! I got a call at 8pm that they were trying to make the delivery! This was after their store closed at 7pm and no one answered my phone to give me an update! I sent an email and no one has responded to my complaint because after I got my order late at night its was incorrect! I will keep demanding my money back for the horrible experience.

I ordered something for valentine’s day, and even though they were busy the team at edible arrangements made sure my order was a priority. Arrangement was beautiful and customer service was amazing. Will be a lifetime customer!

Ordered a delivery for a 30th birthday. I called the day before. Asked for it to be delivered on the first route. The edible was never delivered and I was never notified. Called the next day and they said “oh, looks like it was moved to today.” I said oh…. Ok. It was NEVER DELIVERED. The surprise was ruined anyway!! Asking for a refund. Won’t use them again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called early in the day to place an order and the message said everyone was busy but I could place an order online. So I did. I received a confirmation email but when I went to the store they were closed even though they were supposed to be open for another hour. Why not have the message say you’re closed, if that was the case? Robinson location is just as bad. They’re never open any more.

Do not place any orders with this location!! Unprofessional & rude. Now I see why they have 2.9 rating. Save your money!
