It has taken several years of fighting with insurance to get one of these but within a month all paperwork, appointments etc... and my scooter is now here. I was impressed start to finish. I have had breast surgery in the past and have difficulty finding well-fitting bras. The ladies fit me in because someone didn't show up for their appointment and I was treated with kindness and respect. I purchased two new bras, and am quite satisfied by their customer service.
