Scarlet just gave me outstanding service! I recently broke my foot and she was very helpful getting me to my car. I also found out that they carry Dr. Marty‘s pet food and it’s so convenient. I have to have it shipped typically but now I can go directly to the store and not have to wait when I’m running low. I do not typically shop at pet supplies plus but I will be doing so going forward exclusively. Thank you, Scarlet.

Erica is so kind and amazing when you come in. I have never had anyone offer to carry my purchased items to the car. She answered all my questions; and helped me through the store picking out everything for my “rescue dog.” I felt so special, and that is a first for me going to a store. Thank you again!!!!
