The quality of the printing that I got done was better than expected and better than I had anywhere else. “idk if a lot of ppl know about it but there's actually a pretty sweet tattoo studio neatly tucked away in the printing shop. a fresh young entrepreneur has boldly started her solo career and is off to a great start. The shop printed off some advertising materials and an A frame which were on point. The owner also very kindly offered us pizza during the tattoo. highly recommend”
“We've been working with Slavia Printing since we opened our business 9 years ago. They are the best of the best. The best prices, the best quality, the best service. Lightning fast turnaround. Talented designers. High quality products. I was moved to write this review because yesterday morning, I sent over a PDF of an invitation to a client appreciation event and asked if there was any way we could get 600 copies by early next week, adding that I knew it was short notice but just wanted to check. The owner showed up in my office later that same afternoon, beautifully printed invitations in hand. WOW! Now that's what you get when you deal directly with the owner of a family business. Slavia has done a fine job on an array of projects for us: letterhead, envelopes, invitations, napkins, giant banners and signage - anything we've needed, they've delivered. Wouldn't go anywhere else!”

“Here is a shout out for employee,India, who works at FedEx on Washington Road in Pittsburgh. I went to her store to ask about making an enlargement. She explained what I should do and gave me the details on the paper that I needed. Today, I called and she answered. She reviewed my email order and said she would work it. Thirty minutes later, she called to tell me my order was complete. We need more stars like India in the service industry.”

“Just dropped off a package, pre-labeled and sealed. Gentleman by the name of Kris assisted me in acquiring a receipt and went above and beyond to ensure I have a stronger level of expertise when evaluating how much packing a box needs when it is shipped to properly protect the contents there in. Sometimes you’re lucky to get a glance from employees let alone courteous service. Kris not only acknowledged and assisted me with my expressed needs, he also educated me to better my future experiences!”

That’s important because as an older person I dint want to trip over cardboard boxes etc. the manager came over, was very nice, answered my questions and got me everything I needed. I appreciated their customer service. The woman at the checkout was cheerful and had a big smile. It’s nice to be greeted by people that aren’t too busy to offer me help finding what I came in to purchase.”

“I have to disagree with many of the negative reviews here. I brought an assortment of items in on Monday, February 10th that needed to be shipped to Atlanta. The two ladies working behind the counter were both amicable and helpful to all. I was delighted to find that my items were expertly packed and well-protected upon their arrival to Atlanta. I appreciate the time and thoroughness of care that was given to them. Thank you ladies!”
