I use quest exclusively and have had the pleasure of being seen by the same individual each time, she is awesome...I am squimish about giving blood and she has made me feel comfortable and at ease! I am sorry I don't have her name

Walked in at 6:30am when they opened without an appointment. Waited over 30 minutes watching the room fill up with people who did have appointments. Not one person was served, no way I’d trust them to put a needle in my arm if they can’t handle their basic job. We all heard the girls chit chatting in the back laughing. Go any where else but this place for your lab work.

The people working at the Waterdam location are very efficient and professional. I will drive to that location before going to the location 2 minutes from my apartment

I drive miles out of my way just to go to this Quest location on Waterdam Rd in McMurray, PA as there is one much closer to me. Never had a bad experience. ALL of the staff there a super friendly, extremely courteous and professional and they always honor appointments times and I have a very little wait time if any at all. Will continue to be a patient at this location for those reasons. I would HIGHLY recommend this Quest Lab location to anyone seeking skilled and timely lab work.

Decent location so when i first came in for a appointment one of their employees was treating me disrespectful which i didn’t like so they refused to do my appointment which made me feel unhappy so i will not return back to this one since it’s a horrible location with no friendly employees.

Waited over 30 minutes to be seen WITH an appointment. My name was removed from the waitlist over 5 minutes before I was actually called. Once I finally got called back, I was told my order was deleted by my PCP. I called me PCP and they confirmed that my order was active and never deleted. Quest thought to send me back to the waiting room instead of helping with the technical issues they were shaving. Nobody at front desk to talk to, I could have avoided the long wait past my appointment time had there been someone at the front desk to confirm my scripts could be found….Need more staff or more efficient process. Very frustrated at my waste of time. Wont return to this location.
