My girlfriend has been having trouble trying to find a salon to get her hair done the way she wants and this place did it exactly the way that she wanted to it. She was so happy, which makes me happy lol. The only reason I didn't give 5 was because I thought the price was just a little inflated, but hey your paying for quality!

Nicole was perfect! She knew a lot of what to do with my curly hair. She gave me a great cut. She gave me a sample of the product she used on my hair to try at home! The whole experience was excellent!

Took my nine year old son to get a style and cut with Adam on the recommendation of a friend. Thrilled with the results, he listened and understood and did a quality scissor cut whilst explaining how to maintain the style. Very reasonable price and will definitely be back. Super friendly and accommodating staff!

I was not happy with my color at all especially after paying 275 dollars for it. I waited too long to ask for a fix, though, because I hate confrontation and kept trying to convince myself it was okay. Also my stylist kept trying to tell me it looked like the picture I brought in even though every other person has disagreed. The highlights were super streaky and not in a good way. I specifically asked to make sure that they were blended and started at different heights so they would grow out better and they all started in a perfectly straight line and looked horrible. The hair higher up was also very, very brassy and even after using purple shampoo for weeks I couldn’t tone it down much at all. My brother who is a railroader and has never done anything with hair in his life eventually fixed the roots and it literally looked better when he did it.Service: Balayage

I had really high hopes for this salon. I went for a balayage and there were a lot of nice pictures of what I wanted on their site but I still didn't get what I asked for after dropping 275 dollars. It wasn't an overall terrible experience but not what I hoped for with the price. Nicole was sweet but my balayage has a very harsh line which looks really terrible as it grows out which defeats a lot of the purpose of getting it done. The highlights themselves are also very stripey and look very unnatural.

I go to Saleena who is Salon 304 curly hair specialist. Saleena is amazing. She takes the time to figure out what your curly hair is like and what it responds best to. She will teach you the best techniques for your curly hair as well. I will never go anywhere else. I love her! Thank you Saleena. ❤️

We moved to Pittsburgh in 2020 and have bounced around to a number of Salons. My daughters and I have been going to Salon 304 for the last few cuts and like their approach, styling and facility. It's a comfortable place to go and stylists are good. I especially like Adam for my men's cut. He's great with a scissor cut.

I had my first appointment there ever today with Brooke and I am over the moon with my color and cut! I have been to a few salons in the area over the years but sometimes I feel like the hair stylist doesn't get exactly what I have in mind, until I met Brooke that is! She did a wonderful job giving me the exact color with lowlights I wanted and did a fantastic job cutting my curtain bangs and trimming my ends without taking too much length off. I'll definitely be back to have her do my hair again . The salon is modern and trendy with a nice atmosphere, and I have been charged more other places for the same service before so it was all around a wonderful experience.Services: Haircut
