Great people! They don't HAVE to take coupons, so I don't know why people are so upset about that. They are a family owned business, so everyone needs to relax. Sign up for their rewards, duh. I always get the best warm welcome and they remember my order.

Be aware that this Subway does not honor Subway coupons that are delivered to your door in the mail. I don't know of any other fast food chains that allow their franchisee's to refuse coupons. Subway Corporate is allowing this unethical practice? Entice people to go to their stores with coupons and land up paying almost double because the franchisee won't honor their coupons? That's dishonest of Subway Corp. If I had the time I would have gone to Jersey Mikes accross the street, better subs for approx the same price. Never again will we go to this Subway.

On Sunday, July 30th, 2023, I placed an order for delivery to my place of employment -- The order was never delivered - I immediately began trying to reach this Subway by phone and left multiple voice mail messages -- All day Monday, July 31, I tried calling and, again, left multiple messages -- No one ever called me back -- In addition, a live person NEVER answers the phone at this Subway -- ALL CALLS go to voicemail at this Subway -- This is a very shady way to do business -- As a result, I have filed a dispute with my bank and will not order or purchase in person from this Subway location ever again !!!

By far the best Subway I have been to. Amazing staff and service. This was the cleanest restaurant I’ve been to in the Peters area. Couldn’t be happier with the environment and people. Thanks so much!

Subway? Oh no i was next to subway. At KEEP IT GLASSY. Which by the way is a very nice store. Super fancy and clean. First glass store in washington that doesnt have beat off films and truckers in it. Those places seem dirty and just feel covered in semen and or just plain sticky. Either way if ur at subway for whatever reason u would go to a subway for side note pizza stores make better hoagies than subway. But if you at this one hit up next door.

Watched employees dismantle sandwiches that they made wrong and replace ingredients into their original bins. Was afraid to say anything in the store, but called them back to point it out. The manager explained that it was “for the poor people” and would not be given to the customers. I asked for a refund because I didn’t trust this response and he told me he couldn’t give me a refund because I paid with my card. Gross and violates safety standards.

Their hours posted are wrong . They close at 9 or ealier not 930. Have been disappointed many times by empty store.
