If you are pre-approved through another institution do not bother with this dealership. They weren’t trying to sell me a vehicle, they were selling financing. Use the extended length of time a vehicle has been on the lot as an excuse to not sell it for what Carfax classifies as only a “fair” price? If selling cars at a “good deal” is too challenging maybe you should look into your buying practices. Wasted my time.

The Sun Chevrolet salesman Camden Zaken is a very polite and charismatic young man and is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles which we were inquiring. He knew every detail about the exterior, engine, drive train and interior features including how the systems are controlled and setup. He gave me an my wife the time to discuss things without feeling rushed or pressured to make a purchase and he always had a smile on his face. I would definitely request Camden to be my salesman on future purchases.
The finance director Rachel Crowley is very intelligent, proficient and efficient. She was able to put together the numerous financial documents accurately and explained every detail so that we understood all the documentation completely. Her pleasant attitude, smile and attention to detail made us feel comfortable dealing with the financial portion of the sale.
It is always a pleasure to deal with hard working competent people and Sun Chevrolet has a fantastic team in Rachel and Camden that made our Chevy Tahoe buying experience a pure dream.

I am blown away by the experience I had at Sun Chevy on Friday 10/24. Camden was the man! Knew every answer to what I asked and was genuinely interested in helping not pushing me towards a sale. I went in just to get numbers on a new vehicle and ended up leaving with a new 2022 Malibu because of how amazing the customer experience is at this store. The location’s manager Rachel was also an amazing help as well! I was on the fence and she came out and lowered the cost for me in order to get the number in the ballpark I was looking for. Great people, great experience and a great dealership. Will definitely be coming back in a few years when i’m in need of a new vehicle. Thank you Camden and Rachel!

Sun Chevrolet is one of the better car dealers in the Pittsburgh area. Very professional and friendly the minute you step in the door. I just bought a used 2022 Chevy Bolt here. It was either a lease turn in or a trade in. In any event it was spotlessly clean, had new tires and so far it has been flawless. From the minute I sat in the car I loved it. After 2 weeks of driving it I love it even more. I would say that Nick Terminato is one of the better car salesman I've met in my life ( I'm 64 and have owned 10 cars and trucks since high school). He answered all my questions about making the leap to EV's. It's not an easy decision, but based upon my gasoline savings alone, this is the most economical car I could have picked. I highly recommend GM's EV's. I think the engineering is excellent. My Bolt was assembled in Orion Township Michigan. Things have come a long way with GM Assembly since the 70's. I have looked for something wrong with this car and literally can't find anything to complain about.

I cannot recommend that anyone have their car serviced at Sun Chevrolet. My car was in for an upper radiator hose replacement. There were a few other related parts that had to be replaced. Understandable. I also agreed to an oil change and tire rotation. When I received my car back the tires were not rotated. Additionally, there was no sticker on the window for the oil change. I called back and expressed my concern. Thankfully, the person I spoke with on the phone was very helpful and directed me to bring the car in that day and he would have the oil changed and tires rotated. I also mentioned that after I received the car back that the engine was not running well, stumbling was the word I used, and that the StabiliTrack Service warning was showing on the dash. The fellow told be he would have that checked as well. I showed up right after work and the person I was greeted by was nothing but rude. He had my oil changed and tires rotated which was great but I had to ask about the Engine warning. He rudely blamed me that it was my fault for refusing a spark plug change. So I asked if he could have them changed and his answer was a very strong "NO". I distinctly remember a phone conversation before the work began on my car with a service person who suggested that my spark plugs would need to be changed in the near future which, to me, meant I could do that at a later time. So I drove my car home with an engine sputtering and struggling and warning lights on the dash. Oh, and this was all after I paid them over 1,200.00 dollars. Don't ever go to Sun Chevrolet. They just want your money. I've lost so much respect for Chevrolet. I honestly believed taking my car to the dealership instead of any other auto repair shop would result in the best possible service to my car. Lesson painfully learned.
