So disappointed in the service department. Took atlas in for a state inspection and they found a nail in the tire. They said they would not pass inspection because of the nail. They said I need 4 new tires and an alignment. Costing 1,800 and they had to fill my tank to make the alignment right. When I said no they said they are failing the inspection because I need a new tire. Which they could have plugged it and said they can't because of the angle of the nail. However, they called back and said the technician could try to fill the hole but if it didn't work they would have to put on a new tire. I was skeptical of this because how would I know if they even tried or just wanted a sale. I said I will take it back and have my husband fix the nail. They then said my next inspection would not be "free" because according to them it failed. Very very disappointing. I know business is slow and they need money but don't try to take advantage of people. I will not be going back there unless there is a recall. Beware of being scammed by them.

Made my first appointment at 3 rivers vw. Had my 2012 gti inspected and stage 1 tuning done. All was done great. The car runs very well and I am super satisfied with my service. The technician did a great job and service manager was very friendly and helpful with all my questions and concerns. They even washed my car after the work was completed on time and had it ready to go for me. I will definitely be using 3 rivers vw for all my gti needs in the future.

I just purchased my first brand new car today, a gorgeous 2022 Atlas. Robert (Bobby)Marquardt, went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I wanted. I told him everything I needed in a vehicle for my family and the look and style I wanted for myself. He respected my budget limits and didn’t pressure me into something I would be uncomfortable paying. Seth was also very helpful when it came to explaining the extended warranties and helping us decide on a plan that worked with our budget. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I don’t know the name of the man that sat closest to the door, but he had a very welcoming demeanor and the friendliest smile. The whole process was very easy and the Volkswagen dealership was very comfortable and laid back. The coffee was pretty darn good too! My overall experience was a very positive one. Thanks again!!

Purchased a 2016 Tiguan and the gave a me a great deal on my trade in. The purchase went very smoothly and was super easy. However, I was told they would do a complete maintenance service on the vehicle before I picked it up. I later found out by my father, who happens to be a master mechanic, that they did not service anything but the oil. We discovered the car needs new rotors and brake pads, coils and spark plugs which will cost me well over a $1000. The warranty doesn't cover any of these items because they are considered normal wear and tear. Very disappointed with the dishonesty. Don't think I'll think I'll be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership and I encourage you not to either.

I can't say enough about the excellent service I receive every time I come here. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and they always go above and beyond to take great care of my 2015 Jetta that I got at this location. I drop off the Jetta , the shuttle service takes me to work, and I come back to a freshly washed and perfectly maintained ride. I love that if I ever need a service that may take more than one day, they give me a loaner car so I'm not without! You can't beat the comfort and quality of a Volkswagen, so I'm happy to work with this great bunch of people to keep mine running like brand new. Thanks VW!

I was looking for my lifetime VW dealer after a disappointing experience elsewhere and I definitely found it!! I started out speaking with Ashley to make an appointment, met with Bobby for the test drive and to discuss the car's features, and everything was finalized with Seth-from start to finish, I felt welcomed and under no pressure whatsoever. I was a little nervous only because I am NOT a fancy person and the dealership is beautiful, in an affluent area. I felt more at ease at Three Rivers than I did at a small-town VW dealership that I had dealt with in the past. I still can't believe that I left the dealership that day in my dream SUV (2022 Taos) and the experience was so pleasant, start to finish. Thank you all for making what can be a stressful experience anything but!

My grandson bought a used Jetta (2010) for $6000. 8 days later the radiator was cracked and he took it back to the dealer and they wanted to charge him over $800 to fix it, but said they'd do it for $700 since he just bought the car. He had it towed from the dealership and is having it repaired elsewhere. 8 days after paying cash, which he saved long and hard for, he has a broken, undriveable vehicle from this dealership! He is a full time student in the area and we live on the other side of the state, so no family was there to assist him. Buyers beware!

Kenton Lincoln was a great sales person. We went in knowing what we wanted and he made that happen swiftly and with a great deal of courtesy. My husband is the main driver, but we were shopping for a family car and Mr Lincoln took the time to talk to all of us. Many many sales people we have interacted with only ever just talk to the man. So this was a great experience along with the amazing deal and wonderful car we got. 10/10
