Our process from start to finish was great. The sales manager Vince was nice, and knowledgable. He even took the time to make sure our phones were synced up to the car as he showed us the controls. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable, which we've had happen at other dealers in the past. We plan to return to VW Three Rivers in the near future to trade in our other vehicle.

My experience has been wonderful with the service dept. But had in shopon Thursday the problem was water in my Gas tank this is second gas tank put in my car had one last year well VW gave me a printout of gas stations to use they told me 5 gallons of gas was in.my.tank didn't add any gas wanted husband to read before we put gas in went to various family members homes to visit and the engine light and CPE light came back on didn't have it back less than 24 hrs and they had it back which means another 145.00 the taxes for them to check it out when we haven't had it a day I'm disappointed in VW at this time suspost to hear something on Monday now its tuesday

I was looking for a Taos in a specific trim in only a couple of colors. Three Rivers didn't have one but was very willing to find a car for me. They were also able to work with me on getting cash back in my pocket on my trade-in. Overall, we were able to quickly reach a deal that worked for me. They got me a car in a week and delivery was simple (in-and-out in about 90 minutes). It was a very smooth and painless process. I also feel like, as far as dealer trade-ins go, that I got a fair value.

Very satisfied with the communication and professionalism of the team. Extra care should be taken to ensure any interior damage (resulting from mfr or detailer) is repaired before delivery to customer.

I only wish Three Rivers VW was closer to my home!! I want you to know from the moment I emailed about my Tiguan and Jake answered and put me in touch with Nigel to financing with Seth it couldn’t have been easier and they are all the nicest young men I have dealt with in a long time. If you’re smart you will keep them happy and in your payroll!I would recommend them 100%. Nigel went above an beyond to help us and even when I called for technical help a week later he was great!Thank you !!!

As always, I was greatly pleased with the level of service I received from the team at Three Rivers VW and especially Chelsea Bright. She is kind, courteous, and prompt in giving me updates during my service. Normally, I rate "five stars" after each service appointment. But I was disappointed to learn that the dealership had begun charging a 3% surcharge on all credit card transactions. While I was only in for an inspection (which is free since I purchased the car there), at no time while scheduling the appointment or dropping the car off did a staff member contact me to tell me of this change. I found out while looking at a sign in the waiting room.As I suspected, I needed new tires, which is not cheap for a GTI. With my $1300 bill, I was not prepared to pay with cash nor did I bring my checkbook and was forced to use a credit card. This raised my bill to $1400+. After being a loyal customer for over 13 years, I would think there would have been better forethought and communication with customers facing large bills. In the future, I hope Three Rivers will suspend this practice. I do not want to find a new place to service my car but I may be forced to as my car ages and other items need to be replaced. I rarely carry cash and do not use my checkbook that often.

Excellent customer service across the board from start to finish. Chelsea was extremely thorough with explaining when the warranty could be used or when I’d have to pay out of pocket. That was extremely appreciated so I didn’t have to pay unexpectedly if the warranty wasn’t going to cover the issue. Upon pickup, the cashier was extremely kind. Everyone greets you with a smile. Will be back again.

Absolutely do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Bought a used Jetta. They said the a/c worked. It didn’t. I brought it back about 2 weeks after initial lurches in December. They said they filled the Freon that had leaked out, but they also checked and there was no leak. Now that it’s summer and I’m trying to use the a/c it again doesn’t work. Now that I’m responsible to pay, they have found multiple leaks and I must pay over $1,000 to get it fixed. Either they are incompetent or deceitful. I really can’t stand a lack of integrity, and they have to at in full display. Be warned!

I was greeted with a smile. I was asked to explain why I was there. I had all of my issues dealt with and given an explanation of them. They even gave my car a wash! I love this dealership.

The experience was great from start to finish. Our salesman was helpful without being being over involved. He shared all the information we needed without making us feel pressured. Picking up our new vehicle was quick and easy.

I had a scheduled appointment for 10 AM. I told the person at the desk I was dropping off and had someone picking me up but I still needed the car ASAP. Fast forward to 1 PM when I contacted the dealership to find out my car hadn’t even been worked on. The process was a 15 minute fix to update software. I had to wait at the dealership until 1:30 PM. Why schedule an appointment? To get your car worked on at that time. Obviously my car was skipped over to accommodate others. Also car wash was skipped.

Wound up not going. I wanted a Stage 1 APR flash for my car. The file is $400 and you wanted $700 to flash my car. You guys were FAR easier to contact than anyone else but as someone who knows the industry you are blatantly ripping people off. I'm getting it done for $475. Labor capped at .5 because the advisor liked me. What labor are you charging on that!? $150/hr are two hours for... What? A flash that you can likely have in and out in 30 minutes (per the place I'm going to, which doesn't have any factory equipment available). Beware if modding your vehicle. These guys ain't it. You should genuinely be ashamed.
