The worst customer service ever! I have caught the female pharmacist in outright lies--twice. She told me that my insurance denied the prescription; then when I say I'll pay for it cash out-of-pocket, she admits they are out of the medication. Today, she told my husband that my prescription needed pre-approval from my insurance and she couldn't fill it until then. Funny, I have the approval (MAILED from my insurance company) in writing. She has electronic access to that same approval dated 3 days ago. Before sending my husband to the pharmacy today, I tried calling to confirm the refill was ready for 2 solid hours. No one answers the pharmacy phone; yet there was only 1 customer in the store when my husband went in. Waste of time!!! Take your time, money & health elsewhere.
