“So this was the best car buying experience I think I've ever had. They have a great selection of vehicles at amazing prices. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he even gave me advice on the best places to get parts or work done. He was upfront and honest, he even paid the penndot fees out of the price listed for the car. The vehicle was listed for $4900 and he paid the penndot fees out of the $4900, I've never heard of such a thing but I certainly won't complain. I came from Maryland so the tag and title situation was a little different than normal. He offered to drive the car back with the dealer plate to make it easier for me. Seriously, it doesn't get more helpful than that... So thankful and would definitely recommend”
“He's not gonna give it to you but he's a good man and if there's any way possible he will work with you, he's not trying to make a killing but he is willing to work with you. If you're honest with him he will go out of his way to make sure if it is all possible he'll make it work. Since the last time I wrote this review a year ago it was because my daughter got a car off of him well the pandemic happened and I ended up picking up the payments and he was so cool and willing to work with us because there's other ways they could have gone but instead he worked with us and not only pay the car off but he helped us with the maintenance on the car I said it before and I'll say it again he is a good man”

“I have been a customer at Meadowbrook since July of 2023, although most of my interactions with employees there have been just with the sales office, only once with service department where they checked out my concern with no problem and after a short time told me the problem and the possibilities causing it , turned out to be a quick fix that didn't cost anything, People say they are rip-off, well, if they were they would have run my small problem into something big to make a buck. Simply not the case here. They weren't out to make a buck on me, they were honest and upfront. Everyone I have spoken to there have been upfront about everything. They have always been square with me, so in return ive been square with them, making payments on time, informing them of resident moves. I have never had a problem with them. Just like anywhere, maybe once or twice might have caught someone at a bad time, but its understandable. I would like to say that I would highly recommend buying a vehicle here. I was skeptical at first on the 2 week wait after picking vehicle out, but after receiving it, the wait was worth it, the vehicle had a bunch of new parts on it, ran good, looked good. No major issues with it, have had better luck with it's vehicle than I had in the past with new cars from dealerships. Sure I might be paying a little more, but that's my fault not theirs. They have been great so far and I'm sure they will be in the future. For anyone saying they got ripped of by getting a bad car with problems, hey, I've had brand new cars with problems, some things can't be helped or predicted. I would like to thank everyone at meadowbrook for their help and service. I honestly believe that are truly committed to providing every customer with a good vehicle and service. Thanks

“I popped a tire on my 26 foot food truck, at 3 pm. I had to be at an event at 5 pm in Dover! I pulled right in and they said no problem! Fixed immediately! I was blown away on how nice they were and fast and made it happen no matter what! If i could give more than 5 stars I would!”
