This is the only oil well in the area so they have a monopoly. JD Rockefeller should have invested here. Anyways half of the gas pumps are always on coffee break. I’ve backpacked miles deep in the backcountry and the oil pumps work 24/7 back there. The card machines like to detain your credit card. They should upgrade to some of those catch and release card machines.
Can’t complain about the gas though it works pretty good. I’ve used it in everything from lawnmowers to you-don’t-know-what.
This place closes down about the time of night you’re really wishing for a capri sun. It’s more of an inconvenience store. They should spice up the interior a little bit, maybe put in some massage chairs or something.

Pumps 4 and 6 sometimes don't work and they lock my card in. The gas is expensive and The staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. The tap pay at the pumps doesn't work and doesn't give you a receipt at the pump. I wish there was a Sheetz there. Sheetz at least doesn't feed me cold pizza.

Everytime I try to get gas here your pumps never work. It always locks my card in and never prompts me to enter my pin. So I have to cancel the transaction and go else where...

This minit mart is a JOKE especially the morning staff... I dont know who raised these people but clearly they forgot to teach manners. I am a daily customer and I WILL NOT go in the morning EVER again. They are extremely rude. And they argue with you if you try to give a little constructive criticism. STAFF NEEDS CHANGED if you want better customer satisfaction!!!! The one employee brittany has argued with me on several occasions, and her blond side kick should really go her own route instead of being a follower and acting just as disrespectful.

I've had multiple bad experiences at McVeytown Minit Mart. The staff is not professional & most are very rude. Awhile ago I gave a worker a couple dollars in quarters and they told me "it's not my job to count change". Then refused to take the change. Tonight I ordered a meatball sub, the meatballs were frozen and the (hotdog bun) fell apart. It's was gross all the way around. I didn't spend 20$ for cold, unappetizing food. ??

Not a bad store, customer service is pretty good and that's what matters. These kind of stores sell about the same products so customer service is very important.

Seems like I am always picking a pump that pumps very slowly. The only reason I stop here is for convenience along my daily route.
