Not helpful..and very ignorant..I'd give zero stars if it let me..Tim and Chelsea are literally worthless an ignorant keep sitting on your high pedestal Tim and Chelsea looking down on your potential customer it's so wonder you're even in business with your attitudes and your customer service skills are very lacking .. Tim or Chelsea should not be dealing with anybody on the phone Or public they don't have the people skills for that .. I'll be taking my business somewhere else it'll also be calling corporate.. I think you guys Chelsea and Tim I think you should get in another field of work because dealing with people is not your strong suit?

me and my husband have been a faithful costumers of Arron's for the last 15 years the same number of years that we've been married not once time ever in the last 15 years have I ever had any trouble out of time at Arron's if I had any trouble with an item I was renting he would send a couple of his guys to pick it up and if it couldn't be fixed he would give me a different on for the exact same price that the one I just had I don't see how other people who wrote reviews can say time is rude he's the most nicest manager there at Arron's he works his but off to do what he has to . to make absolutely he costumers are happy and if you think Chelsey is rude then you take that up with higher management you know how to email them time does his best I would like so to see some of you put your self in Tim's shoes and run a business like he does and put up with rude costumers like he does he don't argue because in his line of work he know the costumers is always right even if there wrong so thank you tim its been an absolute pleasure to have been a Arron's customer of your for the last 15 years as of today 4-3-2024 we made our last payment on your last item we rented from Arron's we love you tim keep you the great work :)

Buying two recliners, first time customer, love my furniture, BUT, I was told they couldn’t be delivered unless it was around 8am I’m 58 years old with rheumatoid arthritis and ended up bringing both of the recliners home in my vehicle, but, I’m wondering why I seen Tim and Chelsea out in the Aaron’s truck at 1030 am? I brought the first recliner home last Friday, and was told the other one would be in the next day, never came. Today went and picked up the other one, wasn’t sure why I was paying for 2 when I only had one. I have both of them now . I called midweek and left message with Chelsea that I’d be picking second one up tonight, I get up there and tim says you could have called, told him I did, he said no you didn’t, told him I left the message, he told me Chelsea is good about telling him about messages, BOTTOM LINE, i Will not buy from Aaron’s anymore

Worst customer service, the employee Chelsea, is rude and condescending, staff is lazy , and the GM , is a tyrant in his own little fifedom , tried to rent from here , took over three weeks to process the order cancelled and went with a better option , horrible business acumen, undertrained staff, the environment in the store was tantamount to a circus , corporate offered no better satisfaction, they were uneducated and rude

I called yesterday and the man who answered the phone complained about how it was closing time. He wasn't much help at all he just wanted me to come into the store all I had was a couple questions and he just would not directly answer the questions so I called Brenda center and got everything answered I needed to know

I was looking at a new set of furniture for my Son - for his college apartment. Miguel was so kind!! He showed us a very similar set - that was returned to the store - used - but same warranty and free delivery! I was so grateful - the staff in Meadville is fantastic!

The TV I got wasn't the best TV, right after warranty went out the LEDs started to go out on it. Junk! Biggest sale on their part was.. "This will help your credit score if you use our payment plan, not right away but after you make all your payments" Sure did make all the payments, sure waited a year and sure didn't help my credit what soo ever! Wast of time and money, should have went to Best Buy and paid the lower price on the same TV, paid their interest, but atleast it would have helped my credit like they promised!! Dont believe their lies of helping ur credit.. the only way they can affect ur credit is if you DONT make ur payments

I have been a customer with Aarons for at least 12 years. I have bought 2 washer dryer sets, a desk top computer and 3 sets of furniture.....not because it was cheap but because I like change. Anytime I have an issue Tim or Miguel make sure it's gets resolved asap. I live the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. I'm getting ready to pay off my last item and I'm seriously considering getting new furniture.

Purchased a table from there near Thanksgiving 2020. Paid same as cash in 120 days. The table was delivered completely put together and wasn't able to get it in the door. Being Covid, they just drop it off and leave. Thank goodness we had the tools needed to take it apart and put it back together. Once inside, chairs were missing screws and everyone of them were loose. The next day, my cat jumped on the table and what is like a wooden sticker on the side of the table peeled off. Today a heavy coat pulled the chair over and the seat completely came off screws and all. This is the worst place to get furniture. I had gotten a bedroom set a few years ago. Wasn't told I would be receiving the floor model, so the floor model with an ate up corner of a dresser and a few scratches. I had to tell them I wasn't paying full price for messed up furniture. If you like cheap furniture with a hefty price tag this is the place for you!!
