An Army person’s experience: Very good experience; great and friendly staff and they even have tvs to show you your X-rays or to watch whatever daytime television shows are on. The check in/ new patient process was super easy as well. They gave you an iPad, you answer some questions, and you’re off to the races. I recommend them highly as the staff sure does know what they are doing. They did some stuff that the on post dental services don’t even do. Even though I got a simple clean and scrape, they actually numbed me up and even checked on me while working to make sure I was still numb. As a guy with a rather messed up gum line, that tiny appreciation is very good as usually you just get some injections and they keep working until you feel stuff. I’ve never had anyone stop what they were doing and ask me “are you ok?” or “do you need more?”

The dentist was very friendly! The traveling hygienist was not so much. Didn't say hello or introduce herself. Did say she was sorry after poking my gums & I winced in pain several times but otherwise I felt she was rude

Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Thompson is extremely knowledgeable. I felt at ease and well taken care of with him and his staff. Very happy I switched to Aspen Dental.

Had to have bridges sectioned before total tooth extraction. Dr. Thompson did a great job with that and then Dr. Ciarallo did the extraction with IV sedation. All went well with very little discomfort.

I have had problems keeping my teeth and have spent the last 2 years putting up with abscess's and my dentist didn't have time for me and I lost 3 more teeth because of neglect. I called you yesterday and I already have a plan to keep my teeth and get my new partial. You listened to me and made me a plan with everything included. I am so sorry I didn't come in a year ago. Thank you.

Liked that I could get an appointment the next day. But I do not like than no one was able to tell me if my insurance was accepted there until after I drove an hour to get there. I was just told that they accept most Medicare advantage plans and that someone would call before the appointment to verify the insurance. Which never happened.

I had the second visit of my treatment plan today---an appointment I almost cancelled several times due to a long pattern of dental avoidance. I had a positive experience the first visit so I convinced myself to keep it. Again, it was a much better visit than I anticipated and an added bonus was witnessing a spirit of education present at this office. The teacher in me loves the -on the job training- opportunities available and the willingness of the staff to help others learn a new craft. Thank you for another positive experience. One more visit to go!

I was having very bad pain from a broken tooth, l when to “Aspen Dental” as a walk- in and they took me right in and got it pulled was out in 45 minutes! Highly recommended!
