Had a great experience with Jeff. He was able to help us get a new phone added to our plan, and made the experience enjoyable the entire time. We also ran into an issue and he was able to help us the following day and get it straightened out.

We switched from Verizon to AT&T. Aiyana is wonderful to deal with. She is extremely knowledgeable, quick and very friendly. We asked a lot of questions and she was able to answer them all!

I recently upgraded my watch and added a hotspot to my account. Jeff at the Meadville branch not only was helpful with my initial purchase and upgrades he was able to update my plan and save me a few dollars. I actually had some trouble with the hotspot, he went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong. Unfortunately my son’s phone got the text survey and he thought it was a scam and didn’t respond favorably, I feel terrible! He did a wonderful job and helped me greatly.
