We bought a new truck and wanted to get it KROWN Undercoated which is a service Carpenters Tire and Auto provides. I called to make an appointment and was able to get in that same day. I was thrilled with the service they provided. I would recommend Carpenter Tire and Auto gladly as their service was excellent.

Bought my car on 12/12/2023 a 2006 Toyota rav4. online stated keyless entry. When I bought the car I was handed a single key. When I asked where the fob was I was told that keyless entry is an option. For the car. I would have to pay for the fob. The car has been in the shop 3 times since I purchased it less than a month ago. The first time was on Monday 12/18/2023. I brought the car in because the VSC codes and dash lit up. The second was on 12/26/2023 for the same thing (a bad O2 sensor). The 3rd time was 1/4/2024. I had to have it towed due to it not starting. Fought with Jeff the mechanic. Finally he said he would get the car to the shop. 2 hours later the tow company showed up and took my car.

I took my car in a while ago to get some new brake pads put on. My car came back from the shop with more damage. The tire rod end was mysteriously broken off the subframe. I made an appointment so they can fix what they did, but now (after waiting 2 weeks) they told me they wont.

Didn't even have to take my trans or truck down here ? I called told them what the issue was and that I've already replace the whole trans the owner (I forget his name sorry) told me a couple things to check and how to check them I had certified GM tech tell me wrong and this place told me right said he didn't want to take my at least 1500 to rebuild a trans if it's not the issue well I added a spring to my detent cable I'm my jobs parking lot and was able to drive it home all I need to do now is fine tune my tv cable and it's all good THANK YOU SO MUCH I WILL BE CALLING TO GET AHOLD OF YOU GUYS TO SHOW MY APPRECIATION YALL ARE CLOSED RIGHT NOW BUT DEFINITLY NEED TO THANK YOU GUYS SOME WAY!!!

We were traveling in our son’s van with our 3 grandchildren and got a flat tire. We stopped at Carpenter’s to get the tire repaired. The staff was very friendly and efficient. In a few minutes, we were back on the road again. High five for this business!
