Be prepared to wait if you go inside for service. Only one person working. The past three visits, I’ve waited for at least 10-15 minutes. The last time I was the only person waiting but it still took 15 minutes to get help. The outer offices were empty, no one to talk to. Where are the employees?

Found out my card information had been stolen and stopped the payment before I lost any money. Very impressed. Always friendly whenever I go in too.

Will only cash their checks up to$250, so to me they don't honor their own customers money
