VETERANS DO NOT USE. Bite the bullet and drive to erie. Waited 1.5 hours while 3 others who were non life threatening went ahead of me. And even tho the VA pays for it they still "need" a debit/credit card for there files... they don't it's a scam just go to the VA don't go here

My wife and are just transitioning to our new home in Meadville . I woke up with the start of a sinus infection . I called MedExpress and they did a telephone visit , spoke with the doctor , got a RX , picked it up and returned back home in less than two hours . All the folks were professional and caring . It was a pleasure and I will contact them again .

Was seen by Brittany Holbrook, NP. She was concerned and examined my suspected tic bite or injury that showed signs of infection. She prescribed medication and suggested follow-up if it did not clear up.

I had the best experience on Monday. I was seen quickly (within ten minutes) and they were so caring and helpful. I was in and out with prescriptions called in in less than an hour.

Everyone very pleasant. Came in with swelling hands and bites all over my body. Doctor explained what was happening to me and gave me medication.. would definitely recommend it and return to the facility. Thank you helping me.

We got greeted as soon as we walked in. We didn’t have to wait long. I had to have blood drawn. The tech was very friendly! Very happy with the service

Registration was quick and easy. This was a return visit for an ongoing problem with my arm. Kenzie Delp took care of me and I was so impressed by her. She is pleasant, thorough and caring. The meds she prescribed seem to be taking care of the problem.

Visited this location 2 times. First visit, great, quick, attentive, helpful. (June 2023)2nd visit: Turned away 3 patients before the end of the shift. Due to the computers being down. (7:35pm, 7/6/2023)

Please take off your website that you can offer limited emergency prescription refills when you can't.Website said you could, but it seems like nobody in this country cares to make medical car medical care, instead of a money making business.

Staff was very welcoming and courteous! Very thorough and conscientious! I was examined in a timely fashion and diagnosed without any problems! My problem was minor but given the utmost attention! Thank you for your service! Will definitely return if I need assistance again!

Awful! The front desk girl rolled her eyes and had a horrible attitude with me stating “I have insurances to enter to so ur just going to have to wait” I’m a travel nurse and my agency schedules my tests here and I wish they wouldn’t! I also needed a physical and they told my agency they do not do physicals but told me they did then refused to give me a physical because I had a tb test in October tb tests are acceptable once per year they stated they can’t verify I’m tb free yet my tb test has been done within a year and was even done there the providers are not knowledgeable nor the desk staff and they are unprofessional and rude! The other urgent cares are much better

Well I didn't like medExpress I don't like nurse practitioner and she gave me a prescription that was not covered by my insurance and didn't have $15 to pay out of pocket for eye drops I really needed something for my eye but they said there was nothing else which that is not true there is a lot of medications out there especially eye drops that my insurance will cover and they didn't want to help me I don't like MedExpress at all

Called and asked if there was a certain time I needed to go for a tb test. Was told anytime. Drove and hour to get there and they were like. Come back at 10. Said they wouldn't do it till 10 am.
