Called the local branch and somehow a woman in a call office answered in a Buffalo NY call center. Was extremely rude and insisted I didn’t know how to dial a local phone number. Very unprofessional for a bank.

I have been banking here for over 30 yrs. They are a great bank. Tellers are very cordial and helpful. I pay no banking fees. They did stop sending out monthly statements a couple of yrs. ago which I didn't think I would like. But one of the tellers walked me through setting it up on my cell phone and I love it. I can still get a copy printed out whenever I need it. I love this bank.

Waited 10 min in the drive thru after I sent a deposit in the canister. No one greeted me or said, "I'll be right with you." Nothing but waiting...with no explanation of why it was taking so long. Multiple negative experiences have involved tellers who were not pleasant or conscientious. Very disappointed.

We will give them one star (only because there is not a negative star option). Northwest Bank is NOT a good option for a home mortgage. Our recent attempt left us homeless (living in a hotel), our belongings stored and our stress level through the roof! Not only was our loan NOT completed on time, but the people at the Warren branch (where mortgages are handled) refused to communicate with us! We called over and over again as our moving date approached--nothing. Only Matt at the Meadville Branch would even answer his phone and try to help. His efforts were appreciated, but they just were not enough to get the other office to do its job.

The drive thru service is awful. You have to wait in line for a very long time. So then you use the debit machine to make deposits and there's a line for that to or the machine is broken. Ever since the panfemic has started I hardly get to use the drive thru service and am forced to use the debit machine after work at midnight. Terrible service and northwest us closing places because we prefer this they stated.

The drive thru service is horrible! I just spent 40 min in line. When I finally got to a teller I had to continue waiting before they even spoke to me. The speed of this bank needs to be handled.

Based on the line, I’m guessing they were giving away free money. Unfortunately, I had too much and wanted to make a deposit. Rather than spend an hour standing in line, I decided to use the ATM, but it wouldn’t accept deposits. Thankfully, it’s only money and not something you want available in a timely manner.
